I stepped into my room and funny enough , it looked exactly the same way that I had left it before I went for the legacy ball
The books I had left open on my bed in preparation for the spring break mid term exams
According to Blake , the exams were taken last week and all my preparations in vain
"Hey , are you okay?"
Lilah asked me as i stood at the door way to my room, not taking a step further
"Yea, just taking it in"
"I didn't touch anything, I left everything exactly the way you left it"
Lilah said with a soft smile on her face
"Thank you but I just want to be alone for now "
I watched as the smile fell off her face , the wrenching feeling of guilt tawking over me
Parting my lips to say something, she gave a small smile and left before the statement could even take form or shape
I took a deep breath and walked into my room, closing the door behind me, my eyes scanning the room, true to her words, she had actually left everything exactly the way it was when I left
