After gathering some food, we ate, and I sneak out the group to meet up with Mr. mentalist.
As I look around, I didn't see him until I saw a trail of flower petals. I followed the trail and saw a small cave entrance. Entering there, I saw him sitting there, waiting for me.
He waved and invited me to sit down.
"Are you sure we won't get caught here, Mr. gen?"
"Nope, I assure you y/n chan"
I nodded, understanding his words and sat down.
"So, what is the plan?
"We betray Tsukasa"
"Heh?"
"Heh"
I paused in disbelief.
"You're joking?''
"Nope I am not y/n chan"
"hundred percent?'
"Yes hundred percent"
Gen just smiled at me as he tells again that he was serious while I was still processing.
Few banters of asking of his plan, I now understood him. He was serious.
"So, we just leave?"
"Yup, all we had to do is sneak out the group while they're eating or when they're busy, then we flee. Though we have problem..."
Oh yeah, how could I forget, there sometimes someone keeping an eye on me. It's either Homura or that spear guy, Hyoga.
"I have a plan for that''
He then proceeds to tell me. I looked at him surprised at the plan and gives a thumbs up.

The next day, we were careful with our movements. by the middle of the afternoon as everyone was busy. We made our move.
I quietly sneak out and followed Mr. gen's trail of said small pebbles.
I then saw him, halfway there to the village.
"You made it y/n chan"
"Yes, it's thanks to your plan and easy instructions that I was able to get here"
I smiled. Mr. gen then became slightly red as he looks away and walked away. I followed quickly behind him.
"No problem at all, miss y/n"
He said. I was excited to see senku again, making myself smile at the thought, not knowing someone was glancing at me time to time as I foolishly smile.
"You will trip if you don't pay attention y/n chan'
Mr. gen reminds, breaking myself from my thoughts and what he said became true.
Thinking I stepped on a twig but looking down, realizing it was snake, I became jumpy and step back in a panic. I almost fell to the ground when I felt soft thing instead falling to the hard ground.
"Like I said earlier"
He softly chuckled. He caught me and I landed on him. Feeling embarrassed, I immediately stood up and offered my hand.
"I'm sorry Mr. gen, are you alright?"
"Yes, I'm fine, what about you y/n chan?"
He grabbed my hand and helped him stand up straight.
"Yes, thank you Mr. gen"
A moment of silent as we fix ourselves to see if any scratches.
"Alright, we are in the clear. Let's get going shall we, y/n?"
"Yes, we shall, Mr. gen"
