While he could understand the mature early part, as newborn monsters wouldn't be of much help in actual fights or when it could come to defending the dungeon, there was one thing that struck him inside the lengthy explanation of the system.

Learning more about it, he was actually more surprised about the fact that some slimes couldn't reach maturity, meaning that some monsters also couldn't, but the fact that he could buy directly only the ones that could be matured was also a big plus.
