Chapter 138 - Chapter 62 Breach

Bo finally reached the upper area with ragged breaths while cursing these soldiers for reducing his stamina. He would have laughed at this self if he were young but he was aging now. His body was slowly deteriorating but in exchange gaining experience.

" Finally, found the exit."

He looked at the trembling soldier with a sigh, pushing him to the side with a cold face to mutter a single word.

" Run!"

The soldier immediately lost his will, running for his life to save his family because he wasn't fighting this monster today. The gory image of blood was etched into his mind as he saw his comrades being thrown like some sort of ragdolls by him.

He even broke their spears and blocked their swords like they were nothing in front of him. The miniature wounds didn't even faze him like he was a sort of war machine that knew no stop.

" Now then where is the commander?"

Bo caught a slight breath before making his way to the chaotic crowd that paid no heed to him despite his enormous body. They were desperately trying to stop the raiders from coming up and they couldn't possibly pay attention to their backs because there was no chance that someone would come here.

Obviously, Bo knew this and he was wearing the helmet of their soldiers along with tattered clothes that concealed his armor. He cautiously avoided the busy guards, handing them their arrows while making his way to the commander slowly.

Suddenly, one of the soldiers hit his armor, looking up at him with surprise. His eyes grew bigger with horror, realizing who he was and what he was trying to do.

" Intruder!"

With all his might, he shouted out to alert his friends while pulling his sword in the narrow space to stop him but how could he match him?

Without hesitation Bo sliced his neck in a single swift move, looking at the soldiers with a tired expression. He then raised his shield, running like a madman across the wall whilst pushing down those who were in the way.

" Stop him!"

The soldiers attempted to counter his moves with their weapons but the space was nowhere enough to accommodate the full swing of a sword which made their slashes weak.

Hence, Bo was able to get through them like a speeding bullet even though some blocked his way with their bodies.

" You are too young to handle me."

He was already used to such tactics, swinging his shield on the left side which made them fall from the wall. He didn't even flinch at their screams and yells to stop him before reaching Ersen who was waiting for him with a sword in his hand.

" You don't look well."

Ersen spat out blood from his mouth, taking a stance while signaling his men to stand back. The soldiers obeyed his command as both sides fell into silence.

The attack on the wall was halted by Tove who saw Bo on the wall with his single shield and hatchet in his hand.

" The door won't hold any longer and you will destroy this place. So, as a commander, I have only one request.

If I win, leave this place. If I lose spare my people."

Bo took a deep breath with a solemn face, nodding at his words to agree with his honor. Then Ersen threw his dented helmet to the ground while gripping his sword hilt with his two hands.

" Come!"

Bo charged toward him with great momentum as both of them clashed on the wall. With each swing, he was pushing Ersen back but Ersen didn't give up. Even with his ragged breaths and dizzy head, he was using his everything to protect his people.

Then in a single moment, he saw an opening and struck with a powerful slash but the fate was cruel. His knees weakened and his mouth sprayed blood from internal injury as he collapsed to the ground.

He was barely able to open his eyes, raising his head to meet Bo's calm expression. The blood was trickling down from his arm but Bo didn't care about it.

" You earned my respect, Ersen. I shall grant you swift death."

He then swung his axe horizontally, slicing his neck clean off from his shoulders.
