Chapter 451 - Chapter 451: New World Alliance

Chapter 451: New World Alliance

"Guhahahaha, everyone, we can see it," Morgans announced.

"A team of players has broken through the tight encirclement. They are moving against the wind faster than the Bear Pirates and catching up with them."

"It is truly astonishing speed, like a flying arrow."

Bear Dolinir stood on his ship, gazing at the slightly rippling blue sea ahead.

Suddenly, Morgans' booming broadcast reached his ears.

He could not help but feel startled.

He hurriedly dashed to the ship's side and looked back.

A low-profile ship came into view, with two rows of oars extending from the cabin below the deck.

The oars moved back and forth at an incredible pace.

This propelled the ship forward at a breathtaking speed.

Bear Dolinir's eyes nearly bulged out of his head.

"Nani?! Damn it! Such a rickety ship is catching up?"

While Bear Dolinir stood in shock, Morgans addressed the audience's curiosity.

"I believe many are unfamiliar with this sudden frontrunner. Let me introduce them."

"This ship belongs to the Kuaishou hunter group, formed by the Kuaishou brother."

"The Kuaishou and Shovel Alliance are known as the mining duo in the industry, capable of tackling any mine."

"They are renowned for fast and precise mining, earning widespread praise in the mining sector."

"By the way, most of Kuaishou's members hail from the Longarm Tribe."

With Morgans' brief introduction, Bear Dolinir's face darkened.

As a member of the Longarm Tribe and a miner himself, he chose to remain silent.

Regardless, these people dared to overtake his powered ship with mere oars. What a farce!

How many wheels did they have? How many did he have?

"Young men, push the horsepower to the limit! Let these miners see that times have changed!" Bear Dolinir commanded.

"Yes, Captain!" his crew shouted in unison, sharing his indignation.

The power machines roared to life, their rumbling incessant.

The six pairs of wheels on either side of Bear Dolinir's pirate ship, plus the two pairs at the rear, spun at breakneck speed.

Whoosh!

With this acceleration, the wind slammed into them like bricks.

The pirates on deck ducked for cover or crouched, unable to stand upright.

Seeing this, Bear Dolinir smiled with satisfaction.

The Kuaishou hunter group, which had nearly overtaken them, was now falling behind again.

"Guhahahaha, the scene is turning into a fierce chase." Morgans said.

"I wonder who will be the first to break through the headwind layer and conquer it."

Morgans' words seemed to ignite the enthusiasm of those attending the Phantom Beast Conference.

A swarm of ships surged forward with renewed vigor.

"Fuffuffuffu, what a spectacular sight! It truly makes one want to linger!" a voice exclaimed.

On the deck of an ornate ship, a blond man in black clothes, white pants, and white-rimmed sunglasses spread his arms and let out an arrogant laugh.

His distinctive laughter revealed his identity: Doflamingo, once a key figure in North Blue's underground world.

Through his efforts, the North Blue underground formed the New World Alliance to advance and retreat together.

The alliance's creation drew struggling underground forces from other seas to North Blue.

Many joined the New World Alliance in droves.

As its key orchestrator, Doflamingo wielded immense influence.

This emboldened him, as he had yet to face a significant setback.

"Hey, hey, hey, this scene is dazzling, but… ne, ne, Doffy!" a man with a runny nose said stickily beside Doflamingo.

"Why not let those people go first? There are so many strong fighters here; it is dangerous!"

This man was Torebol, a top cadre of the Donquixote Family.

Having supported Doflamingo since childhood, he held a significant position.

Doflamingo, unfazed by Torebol's casual tone, looked into the distance and spoke.

A peculiar ship caught his eye, deliberately distanced from others around it.

This stood out among the many vessels at the Phantom Beast Conference.

"Boiling, boiling, those guys…" Doflamingo said in a low voice after a laugh, eyeing the golden fireball-like flag on the ship.

"I am not worried!" he declared.

Turning back, he met the concerned gazes of those around him and said arrogantly, "As for your safety, fear not. I am a member of the Magic Pattern Association!"

"They would not dare touch me."

As long as he avoided reckless actions, those people had no reason to target him.

The Magic Pattern Association, formed after the Hunter Association under the World Government's lead, aimed to recruit and manage magic users.

At its inception, Doflamingo seized the opportunity to unite North Blue's underground world, forming the New World Alliance.

This earned the alliance a share of influence from the World Government.

As a result, the New World Alliance secured a seat in the Magic Pattern Association.

That seat naturally fell to Doflamingo.

With this position, he navigated both legal and illicit spheres with ease.

Of course, he had to tread carefully to avoid angering the Corti Kingdom's higher-ups.

Although the kingdom did not champion justice, it upheld order.

On the surface, Doflamingo restrained himself to protect his position.

After all, his role as a parliamentarian was not exclusive.

Other New World Alliance leaders eyed it covetously.

"Let us go! In that direction, I saw my dear little brother." Doflamingo said, pointing randomly with a smile that carried a hint of gloom.

"ne, ne… It's Rosinante!" Torebol said exaggeratedly, spotting a figure on a dog-headed warship in the distance.

"That little guy from before looks quite impressive now!"

"I heard he has been promoted to Commodore at Marine Headquarters. His future looks bright!"

Noticing Doflamingo's sour expression, Torebol glanced regretfully at Vergo nearby.

"What a pity…"

He did not say that Vergo's original mission to infiltrate the Marines as a spy had failed because of this.

Initially, Vergo had joined Marine Headquarters through the world conscription.

He encountered Rosinante which caught him off guard.

In a single glance, Vergo recognized him.

Rosinante, equally familiar with Vergo, reacted swiftly.

What followed was Vergo's forced departure from the Marines, returning to the family.

This was a blow to the Donquixote Family. More crucially, Doflamingo had contacted Rosinante, asking him to spy for him within the Marines.

Rosinante refused outright, boldly declaring he would not yield to Doflamingo's evil nature, hurling harsh truths at him.

This enraged Doflamingo, who had once valued Rosinante highly.

In Doflamingo's eyes, Rosinante's betrayal mirrored that of their father.

It was a significant blow.

However, with his Magic Pattern Association membership, Doflamingo believed his foolish brother was no match for him.
