Yunyi came out of the cafeteria, followed by Qiao Wenyu who asked, "Yunyi, I still have a few meat coupons. When are you free? I'll buy some meat, and we can all go to your place for a little feast."
Hearing this, everyone looked at Yunyi with gleaming eyes. "The day after tomorrow then," Yunyi agreed.
Qiao Wenyu was even happier. "Great! My second uncle is going to the county on errands tomorrow. I'll go find him later and ask him to bring back some meat."
After chatting for a bit longer, everyone dispersed.
As Yunyi arrived at the courtyard where she lived, she saw someone standing by the gate. "Who's there?"
The person was startled and turned around. "Doctor Chu."
Yunyi had recognized the person as they turned. "What brings you here? Is there something you need?"
Gai Yanyan looked around cautiously before whispering, "Doctor Chu, I have something to tell you."
Seeing her expression, Yunyi hesitated for a moment but eventually opened the door and led her inside. "Come in."
