"It's getting late. Shall I take you back to school?"
Bai Feifei held tightly to his hand, unwilling to let go. "I'm not staying in the school dorms."
"Oh? Not at school? Are you living at home then?" Sun Dasheng asked.
"My family isn't from Shanghai City, so I don't have a home here," Bai Feifei cooed. Not wanting to continue playing guessing games with him, she explained, "I've rented a place outside of school, mainly so it's convenient to attend Hanfu events."
"There are events like that?" Sun Dasheng was somewhat out of the loop.
"Of course, but our circle is rather small, much smaller than the anime cosplay community. Most people don't know about it." Bai Feifei quietly intertwined her fingers with his.
They walked all the way to where the car was parked.
