Looking at the gate in front of him that could be pushed open with a gentle nudge, Liu Ergou nodded in satisfaction.
It seems Feng Chunling and Yang Mei aren't too angry. If they were, they probably wouldn't have left the gate unlocked for me.

Peering through the window, he saw Feng Chunling busy preparing dinner. It looked like she hadn't noticed his arrival at all.
Gazing at Feng Chunling's enticing figure, Liu Ergou's eyes gleamed as a mischievous smile spread across his face. He tiptoed silently into the kitchen. Seeing Feng Chunling still busy, he crept up behind her and wrapped her in a tight embrace.
Feng Chunling jumped, startled.
"AIYAH! Who's there!" she cried out.
Hearing her cry, Liu Ergou immediately identified himself. "It's me, Er Gou, Auntie! Don't scream!"
