"Do you know of the Xinghao International Hotel?"
Zhang Yuxi thought for a moment. The name sounded familiar, but she couldn't quite place it.
"Xinghao International is a hotel in Yangcheng."
"A few days ago, the owner was short on cash and planned to sell."
"Your husband got lucky. He stumbled upon the opportunity and acquired it."
Zhang Yuxi let out a small "Ah!" of realization.
"I remember now… It's not far from the South Train Station. I even interviewed for a job at a nearby university once."
Her credentials were fine for the application; the main problem was that she couldn't find suitable housing nearby. In the end, the whole thing came to nothing.
That's why she was vaguely familiar with Xinghao International. She recalled it was a three-star hotel.
Zhang Yuxi blinked. "Honey, it must have been expensive, right?"
"It was alright. The owner was desperate to sell, so I had inside information. The price was great, and I made a decent profit."
