Hearing this, the stall owner panicked. He hurriedly said, "Okay, okay! Go ahead and toss, but just this once!"
The child beamed.
The second oldest of Lin Feng's children comforted him, "Don't cry. My dad is so skilled; he'll definitely win one for you."
The youngest child also piped up, "Just tell my dad which one you like, and he'll win it for you."
The remaining Barbie dolls and Transformers were all identical, so there was no real choice. Yet, Lin Feng still asked, "Which one do you like?"
By that point, for the little boy, just getting a toy would have been wonderful.
"Uncle, I like all of them! Just pick one!"
Lin Feng chose the one in the middle, as its packaging looked a bit newer. He tossed the ring, and it landed perfectly on the target in one go.
The child leaped for joy. "Yay, that's amazing, he won! I have a toy now!"
The stall owner handed the toy to the child and asked Lin Feng with a hint of resentment, "Do you want to play again?"
