The babies returned home in the car.
Third Baby held the youngest while Second Baby helped her take off her little clothes.
Second Baby pursed her lips. "Third Baby, you do it. I'm afraid I'm too clumsy and won't be gentle enough. I might wake her up."
Among the four of them, Second Baby and Third Baby were the two gentlest ones. They were always left with all the delicate tasks.
Third Baby undressed the youngest and carefully placed her in the small bed.
"I'll take care of her. Call me if you need anything."
But who would have known? The baby woke up in less than half an hour.
Third Baby changed the baby's diaper and then prepared some formula for her. After she gulped some down, she was ready to play again.
Fourth Baby came over to check on the situation.
"Hey, the baby's awake?"
Seeing Fourth Baby, the baby reached out her arms, wanting to be held.
