Lin Moyu replied, "Candle Dragon is about to transcend."
Old Yinhead was startled transcendence! Wasn't that the ultimate pursuit, the final goal for beings like them? Their last step was for this very purpose. He could hardly believe Candle Dragon was achieving it.
An Yuyan couldn't help but exclaim in disbelief, "He's really going to transcend."
Lin Moyu spoke calmly: "Don't be surprised. We cultivators have our last step naturally Candle Dragon does as well. Heaven's rules are fair: transcendence is an opportunity for all beings, not just living creatures."

Common ones would pose no threat to Candle Dragon, but a Soul Devouring Spirit Emperor was another matter its powers, more real than even hallucination, filled Lin Moyu with dread for Candle Dragon's prospects.

Two days would suffice for Candle Dragon to break free from the Soul Devouring Spirits' encirclement, enter the chaos, endure its baptism, and ultimately achieve transcendence.
Lin Moyu continued setting up formations. The Soulless Beast was already purifying the final royal pool. Once complete, all 108 royal pools would be purified the filth beasts would vanish from the world forever.
The array Lin Moyu was building already wrapped around the Great Wilderness, extending inward and soon reaching the first filth pool. He purposely slowed, waiting for the Soulless Beast to finish purifying the last royal pool then, the world would undergo a fundamental change.
Two days passed without event.
But on the fifth day after Candle Dragon's departure, the world shook again.
The Dao Cloud churned with fury, exposing gaping holes as Dao energy poured down like waterfalls. All Dao Lords and Eternals sensed an indescribable chaos. The Great Dao was in turmoil, the world itself thrown into confusion.
Lin Moyu gazed at the dragon scale in his hand; it shone with intense brilliance, its intricate designs clearly visible.
