Chapter 4452 - Chapter 4452: The Right Path

Chapter 4452: The Right Path

A new path!

Lin Moyu realized that the road he now walked was utterly different from the one Catastrophe Supreme had planned.

That Supreme's hope had been for Lin Moyu to merge the ten domain worlds, transcend limits, and reach a level equal to or near "Dao," and with the Catastrophe Scepter, to slay Dao and break the yoke over the Supremes perhaps even open the way to further breakthroughs.

But such a path brought its own problems.

Most crucially, during the final fusion and promotion, Dao would inevitably act to prevent success.

In that moment before full ascension, how would one withstand Dao's strike?

Catastrophe Supreme had considered this: the great array, and an unknown hidden force, were prepared for just this.

Yet to Lin Moyu, the odds of success with this plan were slim maybe thirty percent, at best.

Unless Catastrophe Supreme had further hidden cards, or measures to increase the success rate.

Knowing Catastrophe Supreme's personality, he was a gambler if there was even a fifty fifty chance, he'd stake his life on it.

But Lin Moyu now saw a newly revealed road.

His storage space was evolving independently from the Primeval Chaos Wasteland, likely to become a whole new world of its own unlike Chaos Child's inner world, which, while following its own rules, was still ultimately tethered to the wasteland.

Lin Moyu's space, though, was fully self contained, unrelated to the outside world.

The proof? The appearance of Primordial Beginning Qi something only worlds truly independent of the wasteland, at their genesis, could possess.

If his storage space truly completed its transformation, he would not merely hold ten worlds but a vast cosmos, equivalent to the wasteland itself.

At that point, facing Dao, he would not just be a cultivator but a true sovereign of a peer universe, possibly even outranking Dao in cosmic hierarchy.

Already the newborn cosmos brimmed with the faintest taste of this power beyond the third tier, just a whisper now, but sure to grow.

Lin Moyu glanced at the Heaven and Earth Mother Water, pulled out a lump, and no refining threw it straight into his storage space, knowing the ongoing evolution would change it without further intervention.

"Little Tree, give me some chaos soil and a seed."

"Chaos Child, give me a piece of your treasure ground."

"Xiao Peng, I need a drop of your essence blood."

All complied promptly chaos soil and the ancestral seed might produce wonders in this new world; Chaos Child's treasure ground, after exposure to Primordial Beginning Qi, might transform anew. Xiao Peng's blood, containing Golden Winged Peng heritage, was too rare to waste.

Little Tree's eyes suddenly gleamed, "Master, there "

Lin Moyu cut him off, "Don't say anything just know it."

Little Tree nodded vigorously, "Little Tree understands."

Chaos Child, too, sensed something the piece of his treasure ground remained linked to him.

Only Xiao Peng looked blank and confused, not comprehending the deeper meaning.

Lin Moyu didn't explain, simply told Little Tree to continue absorbing chaos divine water, to restore his rebirth quota as it dwindled during their ordeal.

Soon, Little Tree's rebirth tally returned to about fifty thousand, the current limit.

With this settled, Lin Moyu sent Ye Yangyan back to Chaos Child's world; the rest returned to their soul domains, and Lin Moyu shot from the core region like flowing light.

All the hard pressure of the West Pole Pure Land receded around him his bodily strength now surpassed almost every perfected being.

Perhaps only top tier perfected beings of exotic origin matched his physique, but their souls were often weaker; Lin Moyu excelled in both.

He was confident that pure physical power alone could slaughter any Great Completion chaos cultivator.

That old feeling from the big world returned the feeling of being able to leapfrog realms in battle, rather than just relying on techniques and artifacts.

That was always his true goal: not just strong spells, but strength itself. When the day came to abandon spells, he would still dominate.

It was a difficult ideal, but now, not impossible.

As he neared the surface, the oppressive force was like a gentle breeze.

Splash!

With a surge of chaos divine water, Lin Moyu burst from the lake.

Below, Catastrophe Supreme's formation was once more hidden, ready for the next activation.

On the surface again, Lin Moyu felt the familiar chaos aura, saw chaos's unique radiant light.

This journey had changed him, and revealed a new path one he now knew was the truly correct path, one Catastrophe Supreme could never have envisioned.

The gift of rebirth was his alone only by rebirth could he truly transform and surpass the limit.

He was only starting the real transcendence was a long way off.

The West Pole Pure Land was not enough he needed even mightier places.

"Young friend, why are you at the lake bottom?"

A voice interrupted his thoughts. Looking, Lin Moyu saw six perfected experts arrayed around him clearly some of the most powerful, though perhaps not as mighty as the supreme Wine Lord, still not far off.

The Pure Land's pressure had reverted to normal.

From the restoration, Lin Moyu deduced that quite some time had passed since Dao descended.

He'd sensed that time flowed differently in the Heaven and Earth Mother Water region its power so great it altered space time itself, making time pass abnormally.

Linking up with the greater world, he learned that a thousand years had passed since he entered that region; for him, less than a year had gone by.

No wonder the Pure Land had recovered so well on the surface.

Looking around, he saw that pools of chaos divine water were everywhere, again filling the air with their special aura.

Once more, the Pure Land was a sanctuary for perfected experts' Dao seeking.

One of the six boomed, "You were asked a question, youngster. Such rudeness!"

Lin Moyu replied, "Greetings, seniors. I do not wish to answer for now, I simply do not know."

Their faces darkened his reply was indeed bold.

"How dare you! A mere Minor Completion dares to address us like that?"
