When a Martial Artist breaks through to the Grandmaster level, they absorb the Spiritual Energy of heaven and earth. This energy merges with their own internal energy, sublimating it into Spiritual Power. Once this happens, they officially become a Cultivator and enter the Gathering Spirit Realm.
After reaching the Gathering Spirit Realm, the Spiritual Power in the Dantian fuses with the energy of the five viscera to condense into an inner core. This marks the entry into the Core Formation Realm.
Next, the inner core breaks its shell and transforms into the shape of an infant. At this stage, one can treat their body as a universe unto itself, comprehend the mysteries of the great Dao, and stabilize their Dao Heart. Every motion they make emanates the rhythm of the Dao. This is the Nascent Soul Realm.
After the Nascent Soul Realm is the Void Refinement Realm. This is achieved when Spiritual Power becomes so dense it can transform the intangible into the tangible.
