Inside the room, Shen Xuanran was perplexed.
He looked back at Jiang Ce and asked, "Is there something wrong with that Ma Xiangqian?"
Jiang Ce smiled. "Alright, the Liu Family has sent someone to pick us up. Go get changed."
Shen Xuanran hesitated for a moment. "Do I really have to go?"
"Since Liu Cunnian invited you yesterday, why not?"
"Alright."
The two quickly changed their clothes and walked out the door together.
Ma Xiangqian cupped his hands in a salute. "Mr. Jiang, please, get in the car!"
He then welcomed them both into the vehicle. The Liu Family's banquet was being held right in their own villa. Along the way, Ma Xiangqian thoughtfully explained the goings-on of the Liu Family to Jiang Ce. For some reason, however, Jiang Ce felt that the way Ma Xiangqian looked at him was strange.
Soon, the car arrived at the hillside villa.
