"They've arrived," the man in sunglasses being watched by Horn Dragon said into his earpiece. "However, the intelligence seems to be flawed. That brat surnamed Jiang appears to be at the Innate Realm Peak, only a step away from the Grandmaster Realm."
"Innate Realm Peak?!" The voice on the other end was clearly stunned. After a moment of silence, it asked, "Are you confident you can take him down?"
"It shouldn't be a problem," the man in sunglasses replied after a moment's thought. "However, just to be safe, it would be more prudent for the family head to arrange for some backup."
A response came through the earpiece instantly. "Alright, follow them for now. I'll have Di Qiu and Dog Slave support you immediately."
As the call disconnected, a chill shot down the man's spine. He whipped his head toward the source of the cold feeling, only to find an empty seat. The magazine left open on it, however, proved someone had just been sitting there.
