"You!"
"Mr. Qin."
Xu De quickly grabbed Qin Lin's arm and pulled him back a step. "He's Doctor Wan's grandson. We can't afford to offend him. It's better to avoid trouble, so just let it go."
"That's more like it. A pair of good dogs who know their place." Seeing Qin Lin and Xu De obediently step aside, Wan Tianming sneered. He then turned to look at the spirited Doctor Wan, who appeared to be about sixty years old.
"Tianming!" Doctor Wan shot his grandson a glare before clasping his hands in apology toward Qin Lin and Xu De. "My apologies for his rudeness."
With that, Doctor Wan strode confidently into the sanatorium's main hall.
"Grandpa, why bother talking to those two dogs? I just told them to get out of the way; it's not like I hit them," Wan Tianming complained as he followed closely behind, scoffing with disdain. "And what a joke that World-Saving Hall is. Compared to you, Grandpa, they're nothing but trash!"
"How arrogant." A cold glint flashed in Qin Lin's eyes.
