"Miss Anning, how old are you this year?"
"18!" Xiang Anning said.
"An 18-year-old girl is like a flower! You probably don't have a boyfriend yet! Tsk tsk tsk, you're so beautiful! I've never seen a girl as pretty as you!"
Xiang Anning blushed from the town mayor's sister's praise.
Out of the corner of her eye, she noticed Si Wuxie, sitting across from her, slightly curl his lips, but he quickly concealed it.
Xiang Anning glanced at Si Wuxie across from her, thinking that she and Si Wuxie had held hands, hugged, kissed countless times, and even slept together many times, but of course, they never did that sort of thing. Does that count as being a couple?
But as it stands, Si Wuxie thinks of her as a Sea Monster, so naturally, Si Wuxie can't be considered her boyfriend.
"I don't have a boyfriend!" Xiang Anning said.
Across the table, Si Wuxie's hand paused with his meal, but he still didn't say anything.
