There were also some classified files that only the committee's permanent members and Lu Yuanming were privy to—these involved a comprehensive screening of Fifth and Sixth Level Cosmic Civilizations.
These documents were, of course, impossible to finish reading in a single day. Lu Yuanming spent over half a month scrutinizing them, frequently consulting with committee members, the Think Tank Group, and certain Sixth Level Cosmic Civilizations that leaned toward humanity.
