The strange creatures capable of speaking human language within the borders of Lu Country have been increasing.
Someone saw cats in the park and dogs in alleyways cursing at each other, mice gathering for meetings by the sewers, and sparrows and crows quarreling atop trees.
The authorities even issued a special statement, requiring all provincial governments to notify everyone at each community committee:
1. If you see an animal talking, do not express shock, and certainly do not attempt to converse with it.
2. Immediately turn around and leave, do not look back, do not run, pretend that nothing happened.
3. Upon reaching a safe location, quickly report the incident.
4. Remain at the scene waiting for official personnel to arrive and cooperate with the handling.
