The excited voice of the Demon echoed through the hall as the iron door was once again pulled open.
In an instant, Todd screamed, a desperate cry of prey facing its hunter.
But it was another companion who screamed even faster, and with dark vision, Todd saw the Demon, that Demon holding poor Gatsby's head was slowly turning to look at him: "Two lost children, double the pleasure, come, accept judgment, Todd."
Why does this Demon know my name!
Why! No!
Todd screamed as he burst out through the wall, sprinting down the street at a speed of six seconds and seven per hundred meters, vaulting over a high wall, jumping to the top of the ruins. As he leapt, Todd turned to see the Demon similarly leaping to the top of the ruins. In the next second, the leaping Demon began to rotate, and the longsword in its hand seemed to have a glow.
Landing, Todd rolled and crawled past his patrol team at home, dashing into the ground floor hall of a roadside ruin in their panic.
