Gu Jiuyue clingily leaned against Su Huai, wrapping her arms around his, rubbing her forehead against him in a chaotic manner.
It was already March, the New Year had passed, and the second half of their sophomore year had started. The two of them hadn't seen each other for a month and a half.

Gou Huai chuckled sneakily and then asked, "So, how was this year's New Year? Were the people in your family behaving more decently?"
"Much better. They're still talking nonsense around me, but it feels more genuine than before."
Gu Jiuyue, being smart as ever, obviously knew why: "All their petty schemes got scared off because of you. It felt like going back to my childhood."
Su Huai felt gratified. "Then it wasn't all for nothing. Things will only get better from here."
