Why not the Uchiha, especially since the Founders, after the past two wars, have enough powerful fighters who have developed their dojutsu to the natural ceiling of sharingan mangyoke, they're just not on the radar of the public, who know the red-eyes only as law enforcement.
But sharingan is a problem, especially when wielded by a powerful opponent who knows how to utilize every advantage they get. Spamming genjutsu without a single hand seal and an enhanced reaction time that allows me to dodge even rayton techniques makes most of my arsenal a waste of chakra.
But even against such uncomfortable opponents, I have my own tactics with a well-thought-out plan of a dozen or so preparations, and while Owl's hands flashed at breakneck speed, I too was folding the seals of a new ninjutsu. After a couple of moments, he finished first and the entire arena rippled as if being erased and then the jungle suddenly appeared around me, completely blocking my view and even mimicking the sounds of the terrain!
A terrain genjutsu that huge and detailed, no less than an A-rank for sure! One can immediately see the work of a master.
Except that I wasn't standing around idly either:
- Ninpo: Kirigakure no jutsu!
The wave of dense fog that came from me literally covered everything around me, and even with my improved vision, it was impossible to see anything further than arm's length, and the high concentration of chakra in the water particles was guaranteed to block the vision of the dojutsu holders.
The plan was the same, but the approaches were different, and his genjutsu was useless, while my technique allowed me to sense the enemy even without a sensor. Not only me, but the clones, without the overwhelming advantage of the sharingan in taijutsu, quickly dealt with Owl's doppelganger.
I quickly got out of my seat and avoided the rain of lightning that the Anbushnik had rained down on me, and then went on the attack, taking advantage of the terrain while my opponent tried to disperse the fog with a wind element that wasn't his specialty, clearly underestimating the amount of wind he was using.
- Suiton: Suiryudan no jutsu (Water Release: Water Dragon Projectile Technique)!
After sending the huge water dragon to keep the Uchiha and the kage bunshin busy for a few seconds, I moved to the opposite side of the arena and together with my doppelganger, I began to prepare a combined attack, as it was clear that it would be impossible to take Anbu's operative by surprise.
And as if echoing my thoughts, chakra flashed from the other side, and then there was a very loud explosion, only partially absorbed by the fog and came one after another memories of destroyed clones, one of which was hit by a huge fireball of Uchihov's proprietary equipment the size of a two-story house, and the second was consumed by a rapidly spreading wave of fire, vaporizing all the water in its path. It looks like the games are over and I'm going to be taken seriously, but I'll be the first to go.
- Suiton: Daibaku Suihosha (Water Release: Great Water Burst)! - used one of his favorite ninjutsu.
- Suiton: Kuufuku Same no Pakku (Water Release: Pack of Hungry Sharks)! - The copy kept up with me, using up all of my chakra, but releasing more than three dozen sharks into the rising wave.
I had developed this modification of the technique when the power of Suiton: Goshokuzame (Water Release: Five Hungry Sharks) seemed insufficient, although the original goal was to isolate the controlling element of the technique, but the inspiration and enthusiasm that came with it allowed me to add a new A-ranga jutsu to my arsenal.
