The town Chief stood in akimbo looking at the Inn filled with people eating and drinking, it was supposed to be empty with a lot of dead bodies as told by the five friends who had witnessed the bloody scene
" We swear; it wasn't like this two hours ago" one of the five friends told the Town chief
" Are you making fun of the Town chief? This looks nothing like what you told us" The Chief's bodyguard said angrily to them
" Believe us Chief, Something is not right here" Another said as they were both in a confused state
" How can I help you Chief? It's been long you came here" The Inn keeper said when she had approached them
" I think I must have been tricked into believing that a murder happened here" The chief responded
Hesitating for a bit, she scratched her hair
" murder? Why would murder happen here and in a peaceful town of Eco? The Inn is running just fine" she said to the Chief
" Sorry for disturbing your peace , I will take my leave" The Chief said
" Have a good day Chief" the Inn keeper said, the Town Chief left with his bodyguards as the five friends were left there lost in their own thoughts.
The Inn keeper slightly looked up stairs, there were two familiar guys standing up there and looking straight at her, she nervously smiled as she went back to her stand
" Lazarus, Do you think we can trust that Inn keeper" one of the two guys asked Lazarus when they had returned back to the room
" Until she finds someone strong enough that can protect her, she has no choice but to hide our identity, she owns us for sparing her" Lazarus answered
" We can't control ourselves yet Lazarus, I fear we might do more harm to the people if we stay here" one of his men told him
" None of this would have happened if that witch hadn't cursed us, I am going to make her regret this" Lazarus said angrily
" What do you suggest we do Lazarus?" Another asked
" We already killed lot's of people, we do more " Lazarus said
" But..."
" There is no but! " Lazarus interrupted "The people should fear us, it's high time we stop living in fear, we are hunters " he told them
