Back and forth, clearly out of revenge, Qian Sisi didn't get a half-minute to rest.
As it neared the end of the workday, Jennie suddenly became cheerful, flitting between the office and the meeting room like a butterfly, leaving Qian Sisi completely perplexed.
Coincidentally, someone had spilled coffee in the break room, and Qian Sisi was called to handle it. As she approached, she overheard Jennie in conversation.
"Sister Jennie, I heard you're rushing with Manager Bai to X City on a business trip today? The foundation you recommended last time was great; could you bring me another bottle?" A young-looking girl was talking to Jennie.
Jennie shot her a glance: "I'm going on a business trip, no time for shopping!"
The girl looked disappointed: "Oh, I see... never mind then. But that foundation is really nice, and I'm almost out!"
