Bai Cheng'an's act of playing dumb was flawlessly executed. Mu Rou was relieved that Xie Zhiyao accompanied her, rather than confronting him alone; otherwise, how could she possibly fend off this cunning fox, Bai Cheng'an? Being led astray by him would be fortunate enough, as hoping for him to take responsibility was simply a dream!
