Shen Bai, who was mysteriously elusive, swapped her juice for another flavor. Gu Qian glanced down; it was peach flavored, carrying a faint aroma of peaches.
"Try this flavor, you'll like it," Shen Bai raised an eyebrow at her, completely different from when he was in Gongzhou, now he seemed like a carefree young master.
Gu Qian followed his suggestion and took a sip. The peach-flavored juice tasted quite good, alleviating much of the bitterness stuck in her chest. She stopped looking at the focal point surrounded by everyone and instead focused on Shen Bai. "When did you come back?"
Shen Bai's sleep-testing job lasted for three days. According to the timeline, he should have returned yesterday. So Gu Qian's question was pretty much redundant.
