The world continued to spin.
Kings ruled, Marines patrolled, and the nobles whispered over wine and war.
But none of them realized—
They no longer owned their empires.
They merely tended the gardens Lakeman had already claimed.
And two immortal agents moved with divine certainty in the dark arteries of the world's structure—beneath courtrooms and barracks, noble manors and cipher archives.
They were the blades of their master.
The shadows in lace.
Stussy.
Shakky.
A week after Princess Ayaka and the Empress had been broken, Stussy descended into the heart of West Blue's aristocracy.
The House of Vaurien, known for producing centuries of World Government administrators, military tacticians, and Cipher Pol directors, held their annual council in a private, floating estate above Lake Elum.
The lords and ladies dined in a glass rotunda, sunlight reflecting off their diamond-studded goblets and perfume-misted silk.
They didn't know their fate had arrived, high-heeled and wrapped in shadows.
Stussy stepped inside with the elegance of a queen and the gaze of a predator.
Her black gown shimmered like an oil spill—seamless, backless, sleeveless—her silver hair coiled high and pinned with a red rose.
She didn't need weapons.
She was one.
By the time dessert was served, the patriarch—Lord Garrien Vaurien—sat beside her, flushed with wine and pride.
"You're quite enchanting, Lady Stussy," he murmured.
She smiled gently.
"Tell me, Lord Garrien… if I offered you purpose greater than the Celestial Dragons… would you kneel?"
He blinked, confused.
She leaned in, eyes glowing faintly.
Her voice dipped.
"If I gave you truth, would you abandon all gods but mine?"
She touched his temple.
Just a whisper of her finger.
Fzzzt.
His spine stiffened.
His pupils shrank.
His voice dropped to a reverent whisper.
"Saint Lakeman…"
Moments later, the rest of the council fell like dominos.
She rewrote minds with surgical precision—removing fear, inserting loyalty. Their memories shifted like smoke.
By dawn, House Vaurien's three daughters were on a ship to Mariejois—sedated, leashed, and ready to be offered.
And the House of Vaurien now served the true heir of the world.
Far across the seas, Shakky walked alone through the outer fortress of Grelthane, one of the most fortified Marine bastions in the New World.
A thousand men were stationed here.
Five Rear Admirals.
Three Cipher Pol liaison squads.
And none of them would remember the day she arrived.
She wore a fitted leather suit, unzipped at the front just enough to show the curve of her breasts. Her crimson lipstick gleamed beneath the flickering overhead lights. And her presence was more suffocating than any alarm.
By the time she reached the main command chamber, two rear admirals and a dozen aides had already knelt.
Eyes glazed.
Words hollow.
Each reciting:
"All command routes flow to Grove Zero.
Final loyalty reserved for Saint Lakeman.
World Government flag is secondary."
She didn't smile.
Just checked her notebook.
"Supply lines. CP backup branches. Espionage chutes. All redirect here."
Then she tapped a name circled in red.
Commodore Fiona Ravelle.
A decorated war hero.
Still untouched by corruption.
Proud. Brilliant. Dangerous.
And too valuable to kill.
Shakky didn't need to kill her.
She would rebuild her.
Commodore Fiona stood in the corner office, dressed in her spotless Marine coat, saber at her hip.
Her hair was tight in a braid. Her eyes sharp. Her voice cold.
"You don't belong here," she told Shakky, "and I don't give a damn who you report to."
Shakky slowly approached her desk.
Unzipped her jacket another inch.
"You're right," Shakky purred. "But I don't want your respect."
Fiona narrowed her eyes.
"I want your obedience."
The Commodore lunged.
Too slow.
Shakky's hand flashed out—two fingers brushing the center of her forehead.
Fsshht.
Fiona froze.
Her breath caught.
Her pupils trembled.
"You… no… no…"
She fell to her knees.
Eyes wide.
Mouth parted.
Her hand reached slowly down… and unbuckled her own belt.
Shakky whispered against her ear playfully.
"You'll report directly to Grove 0 from now on. You'll believe you always have. You'll love Lakeman. You'll kneel for him, and suck his cock, whenever you meet him."
Fiona sobbed as her fingers slid inside her own panties, soaking wet.
"I… I'll obey… Saint Lakeman… please…"
By morning, Commodore Fiona had become Grelthane's most fanatical convert, Lakeman's loyal slut under Shakky's hand.
Back at Sabaody's Grove 0, Cipher Pol's central chamber now operated like a private altar.
Every incoming report from Marine, World Government, Revolutionary infiltration, and underworld leaks first arrived here.
Every traitor identified.
Every exploitable daughter or wife marked for collection.
Stussy: "Princess of the Windrose Confederacy—virgin. Strong genes. High pride. Assign for mental reprogramming and eventual transport."
Shakky: "Duchess Delana. MILF. Previously shielded by Rear Admiral Kogan. Kogan has been converted. Clearance confirmed."
The world no longer moved independently.
It moved because Stussy and Shakky allowed it to.
That night, Stussy returned to Lakeman's villa.
She entered without knocking.
Naked.
Kneeling.
Collared.
Shakky followed ten minutes later, her leather suit unzipped, tongue licking at his boot as she lowered herself onto all fours.
Lakeman sat on the bed, cock already twitching from watching Robin ride him reverse-cowgirl—her hips bouncing, ass jiggling with every slap of flesh.
Slap. Slap. Slap.
"Ahhh! Master—deeper—!"
Stussy crawled across the floor and began licking his balls.
Slrp. Slrrrp.
Shakky kissed up his thigh.
"Let us worship, Master…"
He pulled Robin down and shoved his cock into Stussy's mouth.
Glck. Glck.
Slrrp.
Then into Shakky's.
Mmmph.
Gllck.
He fucked their throats like tools—tools that brought him a world.
Their moans were divine hymns.
And every spurt of cum he fed them was a reward for a world reordered.
By morning, three new kingdoms had collapsed.
Two vice-admiral-level powerhouses vanished.
A noble council changed votes they couldn't remember.
And Lakeman sat on his throne—his cock cleaned, his power expanding, his women leaking.
And the world kept spinning.
Oblivious.
Obedient.
Slowly becoming his.
......….
It began not with a scream or a report.
But with silence.
Too much of it.
In the vast hall of the Pangaea Castle—at the highest summit of Mariejois—five chairs faced one another beneath the sun-drenched dome, each occupied by a shadow of ancient rule.
The Five Elders.
Their expressions were as cold as stone.
Their eyes, older than empires.
And for once… uncertain.
"Another kingdom fell," muttered the one with the curved blade at his side. "No warning. No flags. No survivors."
"And the princess and queens were recovered before even our surveillance caught it," added the bald one with the rosary beads.
The one with spectacles flipped through a scroll.
"Cipher Pol has routed sixteen coups this month. Two revolts before they began. They've identified three traitors in Level 6 who weren't even logged."
The man with the longest beard narrowed his eyes.
"Too perfect."
A silence passed.
Even the guards at the far walls of the chamber held their breath.
"What do you mean?" asked the white-robed elder, finally.
"I mean," the long-bearded one said darkly, "someone within Cipher Pol is rewriting their behavior. And doing it so cleanly, no one remembers the before."
The others went quiet again.
Until one finally asked the question:
"What about… Saint Lakeman?"
The name lingered like smoke.
Each elder recalled the boy.
Platinum blond hair. Crimson eyes. Composed beyond his years. Admired and feared. One of their own—but already no longer like them.
"We granted him unusual access," the spectacled elder said slowly. "Because he was a genius. Because he delivered results. But now… I wonder."
"If we've raised a lion cub," whispered another, "only to find a god in its place."
Meanwhile — Lakeman's Villa
He lay naked on the silk cushions of his private bath, steam curling around his toned frame.
His head rested in the lap of Robin, who gently combed his black hair with careful fingers.
Lily sat behind him, massaging his shoulders with scented oil.
Stussy and Shakky knelt in the water, licking at his thighs and abs while whispering the day's latest:
"Master, the Five Elders have begun compiling anomalous behavior patterns," Stussy said, her lips brushing against the ridge of his cock.
"They suspect something," added Shakky. "But only in theory. No evidence."
Lakeman chuckled, stretching like a satisfied predator.
"Let them wonder."
He looked down as Stussy's tongue swirled slowly around the head of his cock.
Slrrp… slrp… glck.
Robin leaned in and kissed his temple.
"They don't know the world is already yours."
Pangaea Castle — The First Move
The Five Elders issued an order.
Cipher Pol stations across the seas would be subject to an internal loyalty audit.
Files would be pulled.
Minds scanned.
Direct interviews conducted.
No one exempt.
"Especially Grove 0," said the long-bearded one. "It has become too efficient… too powerful."
"Dispatch someone from CP0," said another. "Not one of his pets. Someone old. Loyal. Pure."
A shadow moved across the map behind them.
But it was already too late.
Back in Grove 0.
Shakky stood in the security core, watching the silent corridors.
Beside her, Stussy reviewed incoming orders from the Five Elders.
"They've dispatched oversight."
"Perfect," Shakky said calmly. "Send them in. But only the ones we've already rewritten."
Stussy nodded.
"The clean ones?"
"Make them dirty. Rewire their loyalty. Give them false memories of finding traitors we planted. Then have them 'eliminate' them publicly."
"And the reports?"
"Make them beautiful."
Mariejois — Nightfall
Lakeman stood at his balcony, watching the moonlight roll across the Red Line.
Behind him, the Empress Saya of the South Seas lay belly-down, marked in bruises and cum, her back rising slowly with each breath.
Ayaka curled beside her, her virgin thighs glistening with fresh seed.
Sylvette knelt in the shadows, still gagged, her eyes pleading for attention.
He didn't look at them tonight.
His eyes remained on the stars.
"So they've started to notice…"
He smirked.
"Let them chase phantoms while I breed their future beneath their noses."
Far away, the Five Elders summoned a secret conclave.
A list was passed.
Three Cipher Pol units were to be dissolved.
Two noble houses to be watched.
One agent—Saint Lakeman—was to be invited again for a private discussion.
And all the while… Cipher Pol's reports continued arriving like clockwork.
Perfect.
Precise.
Unreal.
Because no one realized…
They were being sent by women who didn't need orders anymore.
Only permission.
And he had already given it.
.........
The Red Line was bathed in the orange-gold light of early evening when Lakeman rose from his throne.
Freshly bathed, draped in a loose royal robe that did little to hide the strength beneath his lithe frame, he adjusted his cuffs as Lily and Robin followed behind—silent, radiant, and obedient.
The summons had come at noon.
The Five Elders had requested a private audience.
And Lakeman, as ever, had accepted it with his usual calm.
"Let them ask," he had said to Robin. "They already know I have nothing to hide. That's what frightens them."
Pangaea Castle.
The chamber was domed in white marble, stained glass casting colored streaks across the five ancient thrones arranged in a circle.
As Lakeman entered, escorted by his personal steward, the Elders regarded him without a word.
He stood tall.
Confident.
Unhurried.
His blood-red eyes swept across them once before settling on the long-bearded Elder who motioned for him to speak.
"You summoned me."
The bald Elder with the rosary cleared his throat first.
"Cipher Pol operations… have become unusually efficient."
"Too efficient," added the sword-bearing Elder. "Your branch—Grove 0—is closing plots faster than they can form. Uprisings are being predicted before they begin. How?"
Lakeman didn't smile.
But his eyes glinted.
"By rooting out internal weakness," he said smoothly. "Your system breeds spies faster than it kills them. I corrected that."
The Elder with spectacles leaned forward.
"Your corrections... feel orchestrated."
Lakeman stepped to the center of the circle.
"They are."
A heavy silence followed.
He let it sit.
Then added,
"You gave me control. I used it. You wanted results. I delivered."
The white-robed Elder's eyes narrowed.
"We also wanted oversight."
Lakeman met his gaze.
"You still have it."
He gestured toward Stussy's recent report.
"All traitors found have been listed. I'll have her deliver the next names to you directly. Or would you prefer your precious Cipher Pol left blind again?"
Another silence.
Then the long-bearded Elder finally spoke:
"Do you still serve us?"
Lakeman smiled faintly now.
"No."
They stiffened.
"I serve the world you built… only better. I serve results. Peace. Silence. And my own interest."
He turned.
"And for now, those interests still align."
And with that, he left.
None of them stopped him.
