The night continued as everyone celebrated Nina and Finn. However, hours later, Finn and Nina would have to leave the venue for their honeymoon. With that, some people had to leave as well to send them off.
"We'll be back," Hugo remarked as he rose from his seat, wanting to send off his sister since their parents had already gone with them.
Zoren also rose from his seat because he was family. He had to send off his sister-in-law and the new brother-in-law of their family. But as they stood, Max suddenly slammed his glass onto the table.
"No," Max huffed, making everyone pause.
Slowly, everyone at the table (Hugo, Zoren, and Dean) turned their eyes to Max. Dean remained seated because, well, he had no reason to send off the newlyweds.
Max planted his hands on the table and pushed himself up. At this point, he had already drunk too much and was a bit tipsy.
Once he was on his feet, he pointed at Hugo. "Hugo, I'm challenging you to a duel."
