Gu Xixi heard the murmurs around the cafeteria; they were all saying how Cheng Xiao put her in her place. Some even dared to glance at her way in mockery. Gu Xixi clenched her fist in anger; her friends tried to calm her down.
"How dare she say that I don't have a brain. Alright Cheng Xiao you want to test me, then I will show you what I will do to you." Gu Xixi muttered under her breath.
Soon everyone came back from their lunchbreaks and were doing their work in silence, when Gu Xixi walked up to Cheng Xiao and took the document on the table that Cheng Xiao was working on and tore it into pieces. Cheng Xiao looked at Gu Xixi and felt a nerve in her brain pop.
Cheng Xiao rose to her feet and pushed Gu Xixi back.
"What are you doing?" Cheng Xiao asked Gu Xixi.
"Do you know how important that document was?" Cheng Xiao shouted.
"So what? You will have to start over anyways. If it is that important, then you better restart on working on it." Gu Xixi said in mockery.
"Gu Xixi, do you think that the Xu Group is your playground? Do you know how many people worked on the document that you just tore up?" Cheng Xiao asked.
"Do you think this is the department for your training. With no designing knowledge, you decided to come and drag us down? Do us a favor and go back to your making tea." Gu Xixi retorted back.
Cheng Xiao let out a laugh and pushed her hair backwards and breathed in. She looked up Gu Xixi who held a proud expression and just sat on her desk.
"Since you destroyed the document, you will have to redo it yourself. I will not be entertaining your spoiled behavior. Since you like to rely on your uncle's power, let see how you will go on from now on." Cheng Xiao threatened and took her bag and left.
Cheng Xiao knew that if she stayed there any longer, than she would have probably end up slapping Gu Xixi. Gu Xixi held a proud smile as if she won, Gu Xixi walked back to her seat in triumph.
When the time came for the meeting arrived, everyone entered the meeting room. They saw Cheng Xiao already seated in her place. They all thought that she might have went home, so seeing her there shocked them.
