Mr. Thorne and Dr Michelle stood beside Grizzil as he fiddled with a glowing crystal, muttering incantations that sounded suspiciously like a recipe for soup.
Grizzil "Portal magic is tricky, you know. One wrong syllable and poof - I end up in a chicken coop instead of the wolf realm."
The crystal pulsed, the air shimmered, and a swirling vortex appeared in the middle of the cabin floor. Grizzil puffed out his chest.
Grizzil: "See? Easy as pie. Speaking of pie, do you have any for the road?"
Dr Michelle shoved a satchel of cookies into his hands before he could stall further. With a dramatic bow, Grizzil, leapt into the portal, vanishing in a flash of green light.

The Wolf Realm
Grizzil landed face-first in a meadow of silver grass. He spat out a cookie crumb and looked around. The realm was alive with magic - glowing trees, howling winds that carried whispers, and distant wolf statues that seemed to watch him.
Master Obrien(his beard now braided with tiny charms) appeared, arms crossed.
Obrien: "Grizzil' You were supposed to return days ago. Did the humans distract you again?"
Grizzil: "Distract? No, no. I was… conducting reconnaissance. Very important reconnaissance. Also, their couches are ridiculously soft."
Obrien sighed, but his eyes twinkled.
Obrien : "Enough. I've seen troubling visions. Lord Alexander is gathering allies. He's plotting to unleash the shadow hounds in greater numbers, and worse - he's now planning on making medusa one of his allies.
Grizzil's ears perked up.
Grizzil: "Medusa? The snake-hair lady? Oh, this is going to be messy."
Although she did not have any snake hair... Sigh
Obrien : "Messy indeed. Alexander says she owes him services, she can't say no. She's sacrificing herself for the cause we greatly indebted to her.
Grizzil gulped, clutching his cookie satchel tighter.
Medusa's bargain
The castle of Lord Alexander loomed like a jagged fang against the night sky. Inside, torches flickered, casting long shadows across the stone halls.
Medusa adjusted her cloak, her eyes glowing faintly with the magic she carried. Unlike the legends, she had no snake hair - only an aura that could numb a man's body and bend his mind like clay.
Medusa (muttering): "Grizzil owes me for this. If I have to charm Alexander, I'm charging double in cookies."
She slipped into the throne room, where Alexander sat brooding over maps and muttering to his sorcerers.
Alexander: "The wolf brothers… they think they can hide. But soon, my hounds will sniff them out."
Medusa cleared her throat softly.
Medusa: "My lord."
Alexander's eyes lit up. He dismissed his sorcerers with a wave, eager to bask in her presence.
Alexander: "Ah, Medusa. You've come to fulfill your service."
She smiled faintly, stepping closer. Her aura shimmered, and Alexander's posture slackened as if his body had suddenly grown heavy. His mind dulled, his words slowed.
Medusa (softly): "Yes, my lord. Relax. Tell me… what are you plotting?"
Alexander, under her spell, began to speak freely.
Alexander: "The hounds are only the beginning. I've ordered my sorcerers to craft a binding spell - one that will strip the wolves of their powers. Once they are helpless, I'll parade them before the realm as trophies."
Medusa's snakes - well, not snakes, but the faint shimmer of her magic - pulsed with satisfaction. She leaned closer, weaving her spell tighter.
Medusa: "And who else knows of this plan?"
Alexander: "Only my inner circle… but soon, the Medusa herself will help me conquer the wolf realm."
Medusa chuckled under her breath.
Medusa: "Oh, my dear Alexander. You have no idea whose side I'm truly on."
Her patience was thinner than Alex's stupid hairline she could not wait for his doomsday

Grizzil paced nervously as Master O'Brien studied his crystal ball.
Grizzil: "She's in there right now, charming Alexander. What if he figures it out?"
O'Brien: "Medusa is clever. She'll get the information we need. And when she does, Alexander's schemes will unravel."
Grizzil stuffed another cookie in his mouth.
Grizzle: "I hope so. Because if she fails, we're all wolf stew."
