after figuring out the specifics he was going to be a uchiha the man later found to be the god of death but most other gods have passed on there powers to him as they were far to selfish and bored to stay in power for forever and now he was the only god left producing clones of himself to do most of the work. he got one ability as long as it was in reason he had asked for giant reserves of chakra and sensing abilitys the god feeling generous agreed to both.
