Xzaivier walks through the forest alone but covered in cultist blood as he reminisces on the dream he had tonight. He clenches his jaw before balling up his fists.
Xzaivier: Flipping Gimori! GIMORI!
Xzaivier unsheathes his regular katana and slashes a nearby tree causing it to fall with a loud thump. The thump wakes up a few Darkclaw. Xzaivier takes out his anger with Gimori on them as he sheathes his katana before unsheathing his spear blade and making quick work of any and every Darkclaw in his sight. Some of the Darkclaw try to run but Xzaivier uses the spear step to kill all of the cowards as well.
Huff. Huff. Huff.
???: Easy there extra.
Xzaivier: Huh?
Xzaivier looks up and sees Yagumi.
Xzaivier: Captain ego? What the hell are you doing here?
Yagumi: Well, I was just at the forest village graveyard, paying my respects to my late uncle but then I saw you fighting those cultists, stealing my spotlight.
Xzaivier: Heh heh heh. I was just doing my job Yagumi.
Yagumi: Yeah, yeah. So what's your excuse for coming to the forest?
Xzaivier: well, I knew if we were going to go to the Hollowlands to fight against Gimori's forces and save those that need saving, I was definitely going to need a legendary blade. So I decided to take a trip back to Waterbay village to get my dad's flame blade.
Yagumi: What's going on with the katana spear thing?
Xzaivier: This is the spear blade. It's a katana that can extend into a spear. It's done some good so far for a common legendary blade.
Yagumi: Spear blade? Never heard of it.
Xzaivier: Well, I've got to get going, I'll see you back at the Citadel.
Yagumi: No, because the star of the show's coming with you!
Xzaivier: Uhh... that's kind of you but I really don't need help.
Yagumi: Of course you do, you're just a weak little common legendary blade user.
Xzaivier scowls.
Xzaivier: You take that back NOW!
Yagumi: Or?
Yagumi sticks his tongue out at Xzaivier.
Xzaivier and Yagumi get in eachother's faces and glare before laughing at eachother's silly faces.
Yagumi and Xzaivier: HAHAHAHAHA!
Yagumi: Wow you look weird when you're mad.
Xzaivier: I could say the same about that weird laugh of your's.
Yagumi stands up and unsheathes his Grim Reaper Blades.
Yagumi: Well, we should get to walking if we're going to retrieve the Flame blade.
Xzaivier: Right.
Xzaivier gets up aswell his spear blade in hand and in it's katana form. The two get to walking, they encounter alot of Darkclaw but kill them all, no injuries sustained before arriving at a Titanus Sarutobi (Titanus Sarutobi is the strongest sword saint in History, with achievements such as sealing away both Maga and Maga's wife in hell using the Heaven blade before sealing the Heaven blade away in an unknown location. The seven children of hell were also sealed in hell for a time but now the children of hell have access to the over world.) shrine near Waterway village 3 hours later. The two pay their respects to the deceased legend but a dark wolf (a species of gigantic wolves that have been infected by Darkclaw).
Yagumi: Xzaivier!
Xzaivier: On it.
The spear blade transforms into it's spear form as Xzaivier runs at the dark wolf. The Dark wolf super howls, causing Xzaivier to not only stop his assault but skid back aswell. Yagumi jumps up into the air before shouting...
Yagumi: Grim Reaper slash!!!
The X-shaped slash of the Grim Reaper Blades makes it's way towards the dark wolf but the dark wolf bites the Grim reaper slash before flashstepping to Yagumi and raising it's claws for an attack. Xzaivier throws the spear blade at the wolf's claws before appearing there, taking out the spear blade from the wolf's claws, kicking it in the face and back flipping away from Yagumi's incoming attack.
Yagumi: ULTIMATE SKILL: GRIM REAPER SCORPION WHIP!
Yagumi raises the metal whips and brings them down on the Dark wolf, leaving it in peaces.
The two sheathe their blades before walking for 6 more hours before finally arriving at Waterbay village, when they arrive Xzaivier's eyes fall as he sees the village. Everything is a simple pile of ashes. Yagumi decides to stay quiet. The two walk s little bit more until they see Xzaivier's old home, reduced to a pile of ashes. Xzaivier holds back tears as his fists ball up into fists. Xzaivier whispers aggressively.
Xzaivier: GIMORI! WILL! PAY! WHETHER I HAVE TO CHASE HIM TO THE DEPTHS OF HELL OR NOT! I'LL MURDER HIM, AND SPIT ON HIS DEAD CARCASS!
The two finally arrive at Xzaivier's deceased father's charred skeleton.
Yagumi: Hey, I'll step back for a moment alright.
Xzaivier shakes with so much anger that he doesn't even answer. Yagumi retreats back into the forest, giving Xzaivier a moment to grieve. He leans against a tree and closes his eyes, taking a moment to remember his deceased uncle.
[Flashback]
Gimori is raiding the deer village with his cultists and a few rogue swordsmen. Everyone is screaming and running away, some getting caught and killed by the cultists, including an extremely young Yagumi, who had just run into a cultist.
Yagumi: AAAAAGH! SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!
The cultist raised his dagger to kill Yagumi but his uncle cut the cultist's back open last minute with the Grim reaper blades.
Yagumi's uncle: Come on, quickly! Before another one comes!
The two ran off, evacuating the village and walking for days to get to the forest village. The two lived in the forest village for the rest of Yagumi's childhood until a rogue swordsmen snuck into their bungalow snd killed Yagumi's uncle on Yagumi's 10th birthday. During the uncle's dying break he gave Yagumi the Grim Reaper Blades before Yagumi ran away. After a year Yagumi returned to his old home as an academy sword saint to bury his uncle's rotten corpse.
[Back to reality]
Xzaivier stares at the katana that is the flame blade wedged into his dad's charred skeleton, not sure how to react.
Xzaivier: I'm sorry father, If only I could've done something other than running away. I WILL avenge you father, Levine as well.
Xzaivier grabs the flame blade but it immediately turns into flames, taking Xzaivier into the flames. Xzaivier's engulfed in the flames of the flame blade but it doesn't burn infact it doesn't even hurt, it just feels warm, almost as if his dad was embracing him from the spirit realm. The flames then gather around into two thin flames, one burning itself into Xzaivier's arm, after a few moments the twofold mark (black tattoo that looks like a still flame and it covers his entire arm) appears on Xzaivier's hands. The other thin flame shapes itself in the air, into a thick and long heavy great sword which is just about the height of Xzaivier's chest. When it's done forming, it smashes into the ground before extinguishing it's flames and waiting for it's next user to claim it. Xzaivier is left supprised but happy.
Xzaivier: An Ascension mark? An Ultimate skill? I don't know what to say... but Thank you... father.
As soon as Xzaivier touches the flame blade it returns to it's katana form before getting sheathed. Xzaivier is suddenly kicked in the face by a random cultist. Xzaivier skids a bit before regaining his composure. Yagumi uses Grim reaper step to appear right next to Xzaivier.
Xzaivier: I was just about say that I needed someone to test my new flame blade powers on. Excellent timing I say.
Yagumi: Let's make quick work of him.
Xzaivier: Agreed!
The cultist's Aku no eye flares with dark, violent and blue energy as he grabs the spear blade that Xzaivier dropped when he was kicked. The Cultist charges at Xzaivier and Yagumi, Xzaivier unsheathes the flame blade before activating his ultimate skill and transforming it into the heavy great sword.
Xzaivier: Ultimate skill: Great Flame!
Yagumi does the same, transforming the Grim reaper blades into the Grim reaper scorpion blades.
