Alex quickly increased his efforts even pushing through his limit to increase his mind energy and time of meditation. He kept hitting his limit of mind, he was drained out of energy every day to cultivate further.
Alex still practiced making clone to increase his casting speed of that skill. His control over energy Sync and passing energy through element core was increasing. He could even do it while moving.
Time passed and passed, some events written in filler chapter of novel happened where sister of Arc was being bullied by some hooligans, whose leader wanted to marry His sitter but she did not think the same.
This happens around the time the when Arc had activated the first skill of lightning element.
Lightening element's first apprentice skill was 'lightening disc'. Arc used this to teach those hooligans without any psychic abilities a hard lesson that they will never forget.
Alex was observing all this from sidelines without being discovered, he was ensuring that Novel is going its same way as to not loose tracks of thing and spin them in some unknown direction.
Alex's next goal was to unlock the next skill of apprentice level of clone element. Which was to make the clones absorb the energy and it would make his growth much faster because one clone can maintain the energy to maintaining the skill while other two fed back the energy to him.
Alex was visiting school once in a while to gleam the exact reason for the female teacher to come to this city. He knew that in starting phase, she is very strong psychic and can be big help in the First Arc Disaster.
But Arc was still quite green to deal with people as experienced as her, so he was unable to find anything out of this.
"Hey, Alex how is your progress going? How many stars have you manifested?" Arc asked the Alex.
Alex smiled kindly and answered, "Its going good but I can't seem to manifest the stars due to some problem in the element
Core. So, I am just collecting the energy to highest amount possible to forcefully try to construct the stars."
"Oh! Is that so, I thought if you are close to activating the skill then you would be able to take me with you to fly. I am really excited about flight." Arc was really honest when saying because flying either require you to become expert rank psychic or get psychic wing equipment which is too expensive for even for rich families like royal family.
In matter of few weeks, Alex started to make the energy rings around the stars of clone element which is next step required for unlocking the next skill.
His double growth trick in energy along with proper control of energy to construct was making him achieve fast growth that was usually not possible in any case without any external help.
One day, Alex was sitting on the tree because he got bored sitting beneath tree. He was mediating and seating a lot.
If this place was not a place where no one come, then people would think that this kid is sick to putting too much efforts to concentrate because it is winter now leaving no reason for sweating.
In the mind space of Alex, a major change was happening because Alex was close to a achieving the rings around all seven stars but his seventh star wasn't being suppressed under the energy ring and broke it.
Alex opened his eyes, gasping with heavy breathing. He wanted to achieve it quickly but he forgot that it is a foundation for future psychic development, and leaving it weak would mean that it can collapse in future if not improved now.
Few weeks later, Alex have gathered more than needed energy to attempt this ring thing again, this time he was quite focused or strengthen each part of the ring before trying to complete it.
He did succeeded. But now his mental energy was more than exhausted beyond certain point make him rest for few days straight. This was the result of overdrawing the mental energy.
Family of Arc was quite worried about him when he they saw him in this condition and insisted that Alex rest for quite some time.
Alex insured them that it is not too big of a deal and he will recover on his own.
But they still didn't wavered in the decision and made him rest.
After 9 days, Alex was ready to try and cast his second skill but he needed some practice to successfully achieve it. Psychics may only cast skill but psychic energy also strengthen the body to some extent making a psychic comparatively good than normal human.
He practiced the energy sync of second level skill which required to connect all stars and rings to make the pattern to cast skill.
A pattern of illusive white colour alleged under his feet before skill got activated.
Arc had already activated the first skill before and now he its effect of second skill, that all three clones could absorb the energy for day and night.
Now he can attempt to convert the energy to special energy to use the innate skill with this much consistent energy coming in his body.
Now, Alex's only task was to find a secretive place to hide these clones from being discovered.
His energy was constantly skyrocketed, he started to invest this energy into Wings Element. This was for the preparation for any escape plan he might need to improvise in some situations that he didn't expected or thought off.
Being cautious was best option here that's why he is making the back ups plans for everything.
Reaching home for eating food, Alex heard the aunt telling the Arc about how she overheard some hunters being treated in hospital she work.
She told how she got to know how they are some psychic beats and Ben inside the city that normal people are not aware of.
'This is my cue enter the next stage of plans.'
