Faced with such terrifying power, Magnet Release truly couldn't even get on the table.
At least Rasa had already lost all will to fight; he didn't want to keep battling Kazuki anymore.
Because he would only end up as the one passively taking hits.
The most infuriating part was that Kazuki wasn't using any ninjutsu at all—just keeping Susanoo active to toy with him, like whack-a-mole or stomping rats.
He had power far superior to yours, enough to crush you at any moment, but he just wouldn't finish you off—instead, he'd slowly torment you.
"Damn it!!"
The impact of the complete Susanoo was enormous.
Even with Rasa's warning, quite a few Sunagakure ninjas stood there dumbfounded, frozen in place. To prevent his village's ninjas from getting trampled to death, Rasa could only keep manipulating Magnet Release to carry them away one by one, flying desperately toward the Land of Wind.
Kazuki had thought Rasa would flee straight back to his village without looking back, but this guy still had some guts. After sending off the village's ninjas, he flew right back.
Rasa had returned, but at this point, he had no intention of fighting anymore.
Finding it boring, Kazuki also dispelled his Susanoo.
To be fair, this thing really drained eye power like crazy.
Fortunately, he was no longer afraid of the consumption from dojutsu. Otherwise, Kazuki truly wouldn't dare to casually activate the complete Susanoo.
"Now can we talk properly?"
"Mm."
Rasa's mood was utterly foul, but he couldn't run—he was the Kazekage of the village, the helmsman of Sunagakure.
If he fled, his reputation would be ruined. Even if it meant enduring humiliation and a beating from Kazuki, he had to come back and handle things properly.
Luckily, Kazuki didn't keep harping on it.
With the mountain-like Susanoo vanishing, Rasa let out a sigh of relief.
Kazuki raised two fingers and wagged them at Rasa:
"I have no other demands for your Sunagakure—just two points. Konoha's merchant caravans and the ninjas carrying out missions in the Land of Fire—as long as they follow the rules with proper notifications and applications—your Sunagakure must not find excuses to block them or detain people and goods anymore."
"Fine."
Rasa gritted his teeth and nodded: "I'll issue a public announcement, warning the village's ninjas that they must not do such things again, to avoid any misunderstandings."
"Second: Tell your village's ninjas to act with some decorum. Don't just idle around with nothing to do, get bored and itchy, and wander into the Land of Fire. And if they get caught, don't pull all sorts of tiger-skin excuses—seriously, that kind of behavior is disgusting. If Sunagakure's ninjas can't break that habit, then I'll have to personally step in and help them out."
"Similar incidents won't happen again!!!" Rasa's face was twisted in ugliness.
Who wouldn't feel rotten about their village's ninjas causing trouble, dragging them into it, and leaving them with zero face?
Sunagakure had been like this for decades since its founding—such behavior was commonplace.
Everyone had gotten used to it. In the past, no one really made a big deal out of it; if caught, they'd just drive them off and be done.
No Hokage, no high-ranking official, had ever handled it as stringently as Kazuki—blowing it up into such a massive affair.
"Rasa, remember your promise. Otherwise, next time Susanoo won't just be playing whack-a-mole at the border. I'll personally come to Sunagakure and show all your villagers the full might of the Uchiha. This is the final reminder, and also a warning. By then, it won't be as simple as a few stomps. You won't want to see the true power of Susanoo. And what Uchiha Obito could do, I can too. If Konoha can have the Nine-Tails rampage night, your Sunagakure can have a One-Tail berserk incident. Take your time leaving—no need to see you off."
I've said what needed saying; you can scram now.
Keep my words in mind honestly, unless Sunagakure doesn't want to live well anymore.
Rasa gave no response and decisively stepped onto his golden sand to depart.
"Oh!!!!!"
As soon as Rasa left, the ninjas in the camp erupted into joyful cheers.
How long had it been?
How long had it been since Konoha's ninjas had cheered so freely and unrestrainedly?
Kazuki's whole whack-a-mole spectacle had left Konoha's ninjas with blood pumping and hearts racing in excitement.
Once everything was over and Rasa slunk away in disgrace, the Konoha ninjas could no longer hold back their thrilled cheers.
Especially the Uchiha—their voices were the loudest. Because Kazuki had shown them the Uchiha clan's ultimate power.
Theoretically speaking, the Rinnegan was the Uchiha's ultimate power.
But the Rinnegan wasn't something just anyone could awaken. The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan and complete Susanoo were already the pinnacle of the Sharingan's might.
The Rinnegan felt more like another kind of dojutsu and eye altogether.
Transcending the Sharingan, yet independent from it.
Kazuki smiled and raised his hand, shouting:
"Everyone, cheer as wildly as you want!!! Send people to prepare food and drinks. If there's not enough, go hunt in the surrounding areas. I permit the camp to revel for three days—as a celebration!!!"
Life in the border camps was always harsh. When given a choice, few wanted to garrison the borders and live such a miserable existence.
Kazuki decided to let the camp's ninjas have a taste of the good life, to really cut loose and make some noise.
Celebrating for three days was already a huge indulgence.
It was something unprecedented in Konoha's history.
Border camps were always on the brink of war, ready to fend off enemies at any moment—true relaxation was impossible.
But now, Kazuki could let them fully unwind and live it up for a few days.
Of course, this was limited to this one camp, not all of them.
One camp making merry for a few days was no big deal, but if every camp did it, Tsunade would absolutely explode.
"Sir, you've really put me in a tough spot."
Watching the camp's ninjas scatter in a frenzy, all rushing toward the forest.
Shikaku looked utterly helpless. If anything happened during this time, he—the one in charge of managing the camp—would be the one taking the fall.
"I'm not worried, so what are you afraid of? Relax when you should. Alright, enough of that—send the message back to the village."
Kazuki raised his hand to cover his ear from the nagging Shikaku.
Save those worries in your head for when you report to Tsunade. I don't like this stuff. Since I've said we'll celebrate for a few days, I mean it.
"But..."
Shikaku hesitated.
Kazuki turned back to look at him, his gaze a bit off, and Shikaku instinctively shut his mouth.
"From now on, every word he says, hang him up for an hour per word. Shisui, Itachi—you two are in charge of supervision, catching him, and timing."
"Yes."
Shisui and Itachi eyed Shikaku eagerly.
Go on, say something—keep talking, so we can add some entertainment for everyone. One word, one hour—it's gonna be fun.
"..."
