Morning rises and two people were currently standing in the parking lot next to Tank's car. One of them is an elderly woman who was reporting a crime.
Witness lady- I saw everything. Those robe delinquents was attacking the man who owned this car. Two of them had got away.
She states this to an officer of the Authorities. Cody age twenty-three, very small afro black hair, lightweight class, wearing an authority uniform(a police uniform mixed with a military uniform, blue camo). Cody wrote down the details given to him.
Cody- Don't worry ma'am, we'll take care of everything just need a couple more details.
Witness lady- Well, it seemed like the guy ran some sort of party at this building yesterday.
Cody- Party?
Random voice- Or an event.
Cody turns around to his partner walking towards him. Sarah age twenty-three, mid length spiky style brown hair, lightweight class, wearing an authority uniform.
Sarah- It's a bunch of chairs in there, and this.[holding up a ticket]
Cody- Why here though? This place looks abandoned.
Sarah- Not sure. First we need to take these two back for proper questioning.
Cody- Right, but what about the car?
Sarah- We'll just get it towed or something.
As the two picked up the cloak members, Cody waves at the elder thanking her for her assistance. Placing them in the backseat, entering the car, and pulling off.
Inside of the one of the D.O.A. buildings(Department Of Authority), the claw guy is in an interrogation room with his hood off, and his right hand coverd in bandages. He sits there with an annoyed expression as Sarah sits across from him.
Sarah- It'll be a lot harder to operate in jail with just one hand you know. Especially with your non-dominant hand.
Claw guy- Stop acting like I'm not going to jail regardless. You're not getting anything from me.
Sarah- Yeah but if you cooperate, you might get a shorter sentence.
Claw guy- Doesn't matter. I'll always be a member of the black plague, and I'll never reveal anything regarding them!
Sarah while writing in her notepad- Black plague huh, so that's the name of your group?
Claw guy- DANG IT!
Sarah gets up pushing in her chair.
Sarah- Alrighty. Thanks for your time...I guess. Try not to have to much fun in prison.
Claw guy- PRISON?! I thought you said I was going to jail?
Sarah- You would've gone to jail if you cooperated, but you didn't. You and your friend have charges of attempted murder...[makes a cheerful smile] you're definitely going to prison.
Claw guy- WHA...
Sarah- Ok byyeee.[slams the door]
As Sarah enters the hallway she exhales in disappointment. Shortly after Cody walks out of the interrogation room next to her.
Sarah- Any luck?
Cody- Nope. That guy's lips were sealed.
Sarah- Our one hand friend accidentally told me the name of their lil group. There called the black plague.
Cody- Black plague? Are they going around spreading diseases?
Sarah- IT'S JUST A NAME IDIOT DON'T TAKE IT LITERALLY! Well...at least not right now. We need more information about these guys before we jump to conclusions.
Cody- What about the guy who was attacked? If we find him we could figure out why they were after him.
Sarah- Either way we need more info. Let's get moving.
Meanwhile hiding in between city buildings, were Ivan and the knife-less guy discussing their next move. Sebastian age twenty, low cut green hair, lightweight class, wearing a black shirt, black pants, black sneakers(under his black cloak).
Sebastian- Damn it. Without my knife I'm pretty much powerless.
Ivan- Sounds like a you problem. I still don't understand how you three lost to one person.
Sebastian- Now hold on, you was fighting with us too was you not? Why are you placing the blame all on us?
Ivan looks at him in anger, and pushed him to the wall. Pushing him so hard he cracked the wall just a little bit.
Ivan- I would watch how you address me. Given the fact that you don't have a showdown ability to protect yourself with.
He nods his head in agreement, and Ivan released him from the wall.
Ivan- The only reason I brought you instead of someone else with a showdown ability. Is because you have a pretty good duel ability. Which will be useful since we're getting the money with a duel deal.
Sebastian- What about the others, should we check up on them?
Ivan- If they're still unconscious then we're leaving them for wasting our time.
Sebastian- Understood.
As the two returned to area they stand across the street from the parking lot. Officers Sarah and Cody were also there gathering evidence.
Cody while picking up the combat knife- Is this what the victim used to cut that guy's fingers off? Why would he leave it?
Sarah- Probably was never his to begin with.
Cody then puts the knife in a bag.
Sebastian- MY KNIFE!
Ivan immediately smacks him in the back of his head telling him to shut up. However, it's already too late as they look back up seeing that both Sarah and Cody was looking in their direction. The two panicked and started running off as the two officers chased after them. Running through the alley ways, and jumping over fences in between buildings.
Cody while running- YOU TWO! STOP IMMEDIATELY!
Ivan looks back to see Cody charging lighting around his body.
Ivan while running- Great. He's about to use his showdown ability.
Sebastian while running- What do we do now?
Ivan while running- There's only one thing to do. On the count of three follow my league.
He nodded his head in agreement. By that time Cody had charged up just enough energy to start zapping off, moving like a bolt of lightning.
Ivan- THREE!
Sebastian- WHAA...!(Where was the build up!)
The two stopped at the same time with Ivan pivoting his right foot, and Sebastian pivoting his left. Both of them started loading up a vicious punch. Ivan with his right fist, and the Sebastian with his left.
Cody-(Their attacking me now?)...[he stops a couple feet in front of them] Idiots.
Ivan makes a look of concern. Cody claps his hands together releasing a bolt of lightning directly towards the two cloaked members. Ivan quickly grabbed Sebastian, and ducked down. The blast hit building behind the two creating a dust cloud.
Sebastian shocked to the point he can't make words-(Am...am I dead?)
Ivan- GET UP, LET'S GO!
The two ran head first into the dust cloud.
Cody- Aw man, I missed.
Sarah while passing him up- That doesn't mean stop running!
Cody- Oh right, sorry.
As the two officers runs out the smoke cloud, they stop to look around realizing they can't see where they went.
Sarah speaking into her walkie- This is officer Sarah reporting. Be on the lookout for two individuals wearing black hooded cloaks. Those two have the potential to be dangerous. [she exhales in disappointment while putting away her walkie] I can't believe we let them get away.
Cody- Yeah that was my fault. I could've caught them, but I wanted to counter their counterattack so I stopped to use range.
Sarah- Yeah that was stupid of you to do that.
Cody surprised by her statement- I WAS EXPECTING A THERE, THERE OR SOMETHING!
Sarah- OF COURSE NOT IDIOT! Because we let them get away, we're gonna have to report this to Chief. And you know how he gets when he has to travel to different department buildings because of officer mess ups.
Cody- Yeah, your right.
The two officers walked back to their vehicle as the sun sets.
