"How… how could this be?! Orochimaru—what is this terrifying army?!"
Danzo stared in disbelief at the overwhelming wave of monstrous creatures in front of him.
He had seen countless wars in his lifetime, but never anything like this.
Even during the previous Blood Pond invasion, he had cowered in the Root's underground base, never once facing a monster this close.
Now, he felt incredibly small—and incredibly foolish.
"You idiot!"
Tsunade shouted angrily, tossing Danzo onto the ground without a second glance.
Then, her expression turned serious as she faced the army of C-Virus monsters.
"Tsunade, we meet again."
Orochimaru stood atop one of the towering beasts, his voice as smug as ever.
"So these are your creations? I have to say… your taste is disgusting. They're hideous."
Tsunade sneered coldly.
"Fufufu… Don't be like that. They were hard to make, you know. And let me correct you—these aren't 'monsters.' They're Super Beasts."
Orochimaru grinned.
"Let's test my new work on you, shall we?"
With a snap of his fingers—loud and sharp, as if it echoed across the battlefield—
The monstrous C-Virus army surged forward, charging at Konoha!
"AAAAAHHH!!"
"They're coming!!"
"You fools—fight back!!"
"But… I'm scared!"
The panic was contagious.
Many Chūnin and Jōnin couldn't keep their composure.
The trauma of the previous C-Virus outbreak and the Blood Pond assault had left deep scars.
Now that both were happening again—and together—their mental defenses crumbled.
Only a few shinobi had the courage to stand their ground.
"AAAAAARRRGHHH!!"
At that moment, Tsunade unleashed a deafening roar—
Exploding outward with an overwhelming surge of Haoshoku Haki (Conqueror's Haki)!
The pressure swept across the battlefield, crushing the spirits of the approaching enemy forces.
While the mindless zombies were unaffected, many of the more intelligent Javo mutants—and even the Super Beasts—froze in place under the pressure.
Dozens of Javo immediately passed out.
In that single moment, the enemy army lost a third of its fighting power.
"Eh?"
Witnessing this, everyone around fell silent.
Then countless eyes turned toward Tsunade, full of awe.
"All of you, prepare for battle!"
Tsunade shouted with an unquestionable authority.
"I know you're all afraid! But think of your families! Think of what lies behind you! Will you really let these monsters invade our home? We must fight—to the end!"
As she yelled, the fire dragon crest on her arm began to glow brightly.
Tsunade brought her hands together in a lotus formation—
Gathering the energy of the Blazing Red Dragon Fist, mixing chakra and all three forms of Haki—
She compressed it into a blazing orb between her palms.
"Flame Red Dragon Blast!!"
She fired the blazing projectile into the charging horde—
BOOM!
An enormous explosion tore through the ranks—
Instantly incinerating over a thousand zombies!
"AAAAHHHH!!"
Without pause, Tsunade leapt straight toward a Super Beast—
This one had a snake's head, a bull's body, and a sickle-weasel's tail.
Raising her right arm, she cloaked it in Busoshoku Haki (Armament Haki), turning it pitch black.
Then she added a layer of Haoshoku Haki, followed by her chakra, and compressed her flame energy within the punch—
"BOOM!"
The fiery blow struck the beast's head, tearing open a massive, gaping wound.
But that wasn't all—she used advanced Armament Haki to send the damage inside the creature—
Rupturing it from within.
The beast collapsed in agony, severely wounded.
Tsunade flipped through the air, landing gracefully before the stunned shinobi around her.
"Everyone—fight together! Defend our village!!"
She shouted with burning resolve.
"OOOOOOHHH!!!"
The display of overwhelming strength shattered the fear in their hearts.
The shinobi let out deafening cheers, morale fully restored.
They charged forward, unleashing a storm of kunai, explosive tags, and ninjutsu at the C-Virus monster army!
Now that Tsunade was actively fighting, her Haoshoku Haki had diminished—
Freeing the monsters from her oppressive aura.
The C-Virus creatures began attacking again.
The mutated Xenomorph-Javo hybrids were the fastest—
They rushed into the crowd, unleashing taijutsu on all sides.
Their speed was so great that many shinobi couldn't react in time.
"Chidori!"
Only Kakashi, using his Sharingan, could track their movements.
He countered with Chidori, slicing through the heads of several mutants.
But then—
Some of the hybrid Javo began forming hand signs and cast powerful ninjutsu—
Resulting in new casualties among the shinobi.
Yet morale was high—no one fled.
They all fought desperately, fearlessly!
Meanwhile, the Super Beasts began to move as well.
They didn't immediately attack, but their immense size alone made them destructive—
Each step crushed trees, shattered rocks, and cracked the ground.
Tsunade knew she was the only one who could stop them.
She had to lure them away from the village.
Just then—
Beneath the feet of the Super Beasts, wide and flat pieces of wood erupted from the ground—
Wood Release—long and sturdy planks formed a conveyor belt beneath each beast.
Then, as if on tracks, the wood began to move—
Forcibly transporting the monsters away from Konoha!
"Huh?"
Tsunade was momentarily stunned, then scanned the area—
And saw Naruto standing at the village gate, hands on the ground, grinning confidently.
He was using Wood Release.
"Granny Tsunade! Go! Take care of the big guys!!"
Naruto gave her a thumbs-up with a big smile.
"Naruto… thank you."
Tsunade smiled back.
Then she leapt into pursuit.
The beasts, now far from the village, began to react.
They roared, spewing fire and lightning to destroy the wood beneath them and stop their movement.
"Tch, using tricks like that…"
Orochimaru clicked his tongue. He hadn't expected this strategy.
By now, Tsunade had arrived, her eyes locked onto him.
"As Hokage, I swear—I won't let you destroy Konoha!"
With those words, she unleashed a tremendous surge of power.
"Fufufu… Let's see then. Show me what your Cosmic Phantom Beast Fist has become!"
Orochimaru sneered.
The Super Beasts all raised their hands and began weaving hand signs—
Unleashing a barrage of ninjutsu at Tsunade!
