In the Sea Realm, there are six great cities. Apart from the Top Ten Sects, there are over a thousand other various sects, families, and academies, not to mention the Loose Cultivators who will also participate in the selection competition. Out of the twenty disciples from their sect, how many will remain within the top one thousand? Now that this new junior brother has arrived with such powerful abilities, perhaps their sect will obtain a few additional spots because of him.
There are rules for the competition; aside from the top one thousand spots that are earned through strength, additional rewards are given to the first, second, and third places regardless of whether they are individuals, sects, families, or academies.
The winner of the first place in the competition gets five spots and can choose any five people to be among the top one thousand. The second place gets three spots, and the third place gets one spot.
