"Exactly!" Hector Moreno nodded.
Monroe continued, "That's right, a big shot is most concerned about his own safety. Now we can be certain that Donnie Block's plan to establish a business empire in Mexico is impossible. Perhaps before, Donnie Block was thinking of indirectly realizing his plan through some business means.
But once we told Donnie Block about Calles' actions, he should realize that this plan is also infeasible.
For someone like Donnie Block, staying in Mexico now serves no purpose. To complete his plan, the only viable option now is to return to the United States, leverage his influence there, and lobby the U.S. Government to pressure Mexico!"
After listening to Monroe's analysis, Hector Moreno sensed something wasn't right, but he couldn't work out what exactly was wrong.
