Donnie's ship arrived at Groningen in the Netherlands, where they disembarked and then headed to Germany.
A few days later, Donnie and his companions finally reached Berlin, Germany.
The European-style architecture was ubiquitous, with buildings four or five stories high. On the broad roads, there were cars, motorcycles, and horse-drawn carriages.
Besides the swastika flags hanging on the buildings alongside the roads, flags of various countries were displayed.
The Führer's limousine was driving by, and the Führer was proudly saying something to Donnie.
"Block, doesn't Berlin seem completely different from the last time you visited?"
Donnie nodded and said, "Indeed, the last time I came, the eyes of the German people were lifeless, but now I can see brightness in their eyes!"
The Führer rejoiced and said, "Block has observed closely; indeed, the German people are now extremely happy!"
