Before the extinction of the Supremes, these cities were called the never falling cities.
Absolute safety attracts a multitude of powerful beings, not only does the majority of the Supreme's affiliated Dark Domain gather here, but even a number of ordinary forces from other Dark Domains, including several Emperor Peak Experts, are willing to pledge allegiance here.
The number of experts far exceeds that of ordinary Star Cities.
