All the catastrophe beings, follow one principle: they like places where the Cataclysmic Power is rich, and dislike where it is thin.
The reason is quite simple.
For catastrophe beings, whether walking, sitting, breathing, or even maintaining their most basic life activities, all require consuming Cataclysmic Power.
The stronger the power, the more Cataclysmic Power is needed for basic life activities. This is known as "basic metabolism."
Therefore, if the concentration of Cataclysmic Power around the body can maintain "basic metabolism," then the being does not need to consume the Cataclysmic Power within themselves.
Conversely, if the concentration of Cataclysmic Power around the body cannot maintain "basic metabolism," then it must consume its internal Cataclysmic Power.
If due to battle, the internal Cataclysmic Power is continuously consumed and not replenished, then the body of the catastrophe being is very likely to become depleted.
