"Stop bringing him up, I told you already," Ji Mingqian grumbled, tossing a pillow at him. "If you like him so much, you go after him. Don't talk to me about it."
Burn dodged adroitly, jokingly said, "Do you have to get this angry? The rumors on the internet say you two get along really well. Why do you have to look like you've got a deep-seated grudge every time you hear his name?"
"If you're not drinking, get out," Ji Mingqian glared at him with disdain.
Taking a swig of his beer, Burn pressed on, "Why wouldn't I eat what I bought? I'm genuinely curious, what on earth did Jiang Yisheng do to make you this angry."
"Did he steal the girl you like or something?"
Ji Mingqian responded with silence, just shooting him a cold look to draw his own conclusions.
"Did I actually guess it right?" Burn inquired, not giving up.
Picking up his chopsticks, Ji Mingqian couldn't be bothered with him anymore. "Guess right my ass, keep your mouth shut or I won't hesitate to beat you up."
