After strangling the person, the woman also slammed her palm onto the beggar's roof of the head, and the crowd heard a shrill and childlike scream by their ears,

The crowd shuddered in fear and simultaneously saw the woman pull out a tiny baby from the beggar's roof of the head. The baby, too, had its eyes tightly shut, with blood gushing from its mouth and nose, evidently dead from the blow,
"Ah..."
The crowd let out a gasp of shock, retreating several steps in succession,
The woman raised her face and glanced at the crowd, causing those people dressed in ragged clothes but with crude faces, to bow their knees and kneel down in terror!
