Wufu's sudden action took everyone by surprise. They all drew their weapons and formed a circle, warily watching their surroundings, with most of their attention focused on the ground near Ding Lai's feet.

There, a black-and-white snake was writhing on the ground, and impaled on it was the small stick that Wufu had thrown.

"Silver Ring Snake, if bitten, the poison spreads throughout the body within an hour to two, with a death rate as high as eighty percent." Wufu raised an eyebrow and said.

Everyone's expression changed, especially Ding Lai, whose face turned pale.

Wufu glanced at Ding Lai: "When walking through the jungle, even just walking, you must always be vigilant. Otherwise, who knows if you'll have this luck next time?"

Ding Lai swallowed, cupped his hands, and saluted Wufu: "Thank you, Young Master Xiao Wu, for saving me."
