"It's very late now, and the forest can be dangerous at this hour. We happen to be camping nearby. Why don't you come with us?" Brock suggested after hearing the commotion.

"Ah? But... is that really okay?" After listening to Brock's words, Yellow seemed a little embarrassed and glanced at Ash uncertainly.

"It's fine! We should look out for each other! Besides, Brock's cooking is really delicious!" Ash chimed in with enthusiasm.

"Okay, thank you so much!" After hearing Ash's reassurance, Yellow nodded slightly in agreement.

Misty observed this scene, and for some reason, she couldn't shake an uneasy feeling that crept into her heart.

"By the way, did either of you bring any Oran Berries?" After making the decision, Ash looked at Brock and Misty and asked.

"Ah! I came in such a hurry that I didn't bring anything with me. Is one of the Pokémon injured?"

Brock was caught off guard by the question. He had rushed over when he heard the disturbance without grabbing any supplies, and Misty had done the same.

"Not exactly, but..." After speaking, Ash couldn't help but turn his head and look toward the area behind him.

The Beedrill swarm had fled just moments ago, but the one defeated by Scizor couldn't escape, and its injury appeared quite serious.

Misty and Brock also noticed the injured Beedrill. Although they had heard about the attack, as trainers they wouldn't hold a grudge against Pokémon for acting on instinct.

"I... I'll handle it!" When nobody had brought Oran Berries and they were considering whether to go back and retrieve some, Yellow suddenly spoke up.

She walked forward cautiously, looking somewhat frightened, but she gathered her courage and approached the wounded Beedrill. At that moment, Beedrill noticed her presence.

A buzzing sound emanated from its wings, which still carried a note of hostility.

Although Yellow was clearly nervous, she gently set her Pikachu on the ground, then spoke in a soothing voice.

"Don't be afraid. I won't hurt you. I'm sorry we scared you. Please let me help treat your wounds!" Yellow said gently, mindful of Ash's earlier words.

She understood that she had disturbed these Beedrill. Even though they had frightened her just moments ago, she still mustered the courage to step forward and make amends.

"If you need help with the treatment, I can assist!" Brock stepped forward, assuming that Yellow was going to use some medicine or similar items to help Beedrill recover.

However, at that moment, Yellow slowly placed her hand on Beedrill's stinger that had been cracked by Scizor's attack, then slowly closed her eyes. Brock was slightly taken aback when he saw this unusual approach.

Buzz!!

The next moment, an emerald green light began to glow from Yellow's palm. The light enveloped her hand as it made contact with Beedrill's damaged stinger.

"Ah!! What is that?!" Misty looked at the scene and covered her mouth in surprise, while Brock was equally astonished. This was the first time either of them had witnessed such a phenomenon.

Yellow slowly opened her eyes, which were also radiating with an emerald green glow.

This aura continued to spread outward. When this energy washed over him, Ash felt the hair on the back of his neck stand on end.

As he sensed this energy, Ash felt the power within his own body stirring restlessly, responding with a peculiar resonance.

He unconsciously looked around, his eyes taking on a faint reddish tint. What had originally been pitch black darkness now revealed itself differently to Ash as he gazed toward the forest.

He could feel the vitality pulsing throughout the forest, and at the same time, wisps of green energy from all around—like ethereal spirits—were constantly gathering and flowing into Yellow's body.

The energy then passed from Yellow's body into Beedrill. The Pokémon's injuries gradually healed, and even the broken stinger began to regenerate and repair itself.

The Power of Viridian?!

Ash was genuinely surprised when he sensed the power flowing around them, and those four words appeared in his mind unbidden.

This kind of power was unfamiliar even to Ash because it hadn't appeared in the main anime series, but had been featured in the Pokémon Special manga.

There were many different people in this world who possessed special abilities. People like Sabrina and Lance fell into this category, and perhaps he himself did as well.

The Power of Viridian was said to be an ability that could only be obtained by those who were chosen once every ten years. As long as the wielder could master it skillfully, they could not only heal Pokémon, but also communicate with them on a deeper level.

And the most remarkable aspect was that during battle, this power also granted the ability to enhance a Pokémon's strength on the spot.

It was clear that Yellow was using the Power of Viridian to treat Beedrill, and the Power of Viridian seemed to be drawing upon the life force present in nature and channeling it through her.

After sensing Yellow's kindness and sincere desire to heal the injured Pokémon, these natural energies were unconsciously drawn to assist her efforts.

In the Pokémon Special manga, Yellow was indeed recognized as a bearer of the Power of Viridian.

This power was incredibly convenient, and even Ash found himself envious of it. With this ability, someone could heal Pokémon anytime and anywhere, which would eliminate many difficulties encountered during long journeys.

Before long, Yellow had completely healed Beedrill. After recovering from its injuries, Beedrill slowly flapped its wings and rose into the air. Yellow stepped back and let out a small, tired breath.

It seemed that using this power had drained her somewhat, while Beedrill hovered in place, watching Yellow. She wiped her forehead and then spoke apologetically.

"I'm truly sorry. It was my fault for frightening you and your swarm. I didn't mean to cause any trouble. Please don't hold it against us!"

After helping treat Beedrill, Yellow bowed slightly to express her sincere apology. Beedrill seemed to understand Yellow's genuine remorse and nodded its head slowly in acceptance.

Then it turned and flew off into the darkness of the forest. After seeing Beedrill depart peacefully, Yellow breathed a sigh of relief.

"That's incredible! The injury was healed instantly!" Brock exclaimed in amazement. After all, he had always been the one responsible for treating injured Pokémon in their group.

But Yellow had healed Beedrill's wounds completely without using any medicines or medical supplies whatsoever.

"What exactly was that...?" Misty was equally astounded by what she had witnessed.

"Actually, I don't really understand what it is myself. When I was young, I went to Viridian Forest with my family for an outing. During that trip, I was attacked by a wild Pokémon and lost consciousness. When I woke up, I discovered I had this ability!"

"But I still haven't learned to use it very well yet, hehe!!" Yellow responded with a modest laugh and scratched her head sheepishly.

In truth, her family had warned her not to use this power carelessly in front of strangers.

But for some reason, she felt very comfortable around Ash and his friends, so she hadn't felt the need to hide it deliberately. She couldn't quite explain why she trusted people she had just met so completely.
