"Wow, haha! After so many lessons, I'm fully prepared this time, meow!"

"The hot air balloon was too vulnerable before, so I made special preparations this time and got this metal casing. Now we don't have to worry about the balloon being punctured!"

"What?!" Misty and Brock wore surprised expressions on their faces. They hadn't expected these guys to actually come prepared this time.

Ash was also a little surprised. He could see they were still very motivated, but such a design still didn't make much sense to him.

These guys were said to be pretty clever! They often came up with weird contraptions, which did show some intelligence. But while they had good ideas, they always seemed to make careless mistakes.

What was the use of protecting just the hot air balloon from heat? The parts underneath the balloon weren't protected at all.

"Oh no, this is bad! Chuchu!" Yellow didn't know what Ash was thinking and felt worried after seeing Pidgeotto's attack fail.

Ash was preparing to launch another attack when suddenly...

Buzz buzz!!!

Bursts of sound filled everyone's ears. The noise was very loud, giving everyone a sense of ringing in their ears. They saw figures flying out of the sky above.

"This is...!"

"Beedrill?!" Misty and Brock looked around at the figures in the sky with surprised expressions.

A large swarm of Beedrill continuously emerged from the forest and flew into the air. Soon, they gradually surrounded Team Rocket's hot air balloon.

"What's going on, meow?!"

"What are these Beedrill doing here?"

"Whatever it is, this feels really bad!"

Seeing the fierce appearance of these Beedrill and their massive numbers, even though they had come prepared, Team Rocket couldn't help but feel chills running down their spines.

There were so many of these Beedrill that just looking at them made people feel uneasy.

They hadn't forgotten that they had also encountered a swarm of Beedrill when they first entered Viridian Forest, and they still remembered the fear of being chased by those aggressive Bug-types.

Buzz!!!

At that moment, a figure descended from the Beedrill swarm and came before everyone. Yellow looked at the Beedrill in front of her and felt it seemed familiar.

"Are you the one from last night?" Yellow asked instinctively, and the Beedrill nodded slightly in response.

At the same time, she seemed able to sense some other sounds. Yellow thought they were the voices of Ash and the others at first, but after focusing carefully, she realized it wasn't—it was the Beedrill in front of her communicating.

The Power of Viridian wasn't only for healing; it also allowed psychic communication with Pokémon. However, Yellow wasn't yet able to fully control this ability.

"It's here to repay you for treating it yesterday!" Ash walked up beside Yellow and said with a smile.

Although Yellow had disturbed them yesterday, it had been out of instinct. Yellow's gentle treatment afterward made them understand that she meant no harm.

Pokémon were actually very straightforward creatures—not just these Beedrill, but even Legendary Pokémon.

If they knew someone had been kind to them, they would naturally grow close to that person. Combined with the influence of the Power of Viridian, this bond formed even more naturally.

"Thank you!" Yellow listened to Ash's words, looked at the Beedrill before her, and spoke with emotion.

At that moment, the Beedrill swarm in the air rushed toward Team Rocket. The three villains didn't dare to move as they saw the Beedrill diving continuously. Under the coordinated assault of the swarm, the rope connected to the hot air balloon was directly cut through by the Beedrill's stingers, and Team Rocket fell from the sky along with their basket.

"Scizor, Metal Claw!"

Seeing this opportunity, Ash gave the command. Scizor immediately rushed forward, opened its pincers wide, and a metallic gleam flashed as its powerful strike directly shattered the mechanical arm holding the captured Pokémon.

Pikachu and Chuchu escaped smoothly. Pikachu landed gracefully in front of Ash, while Yellow rushed forward to catch Qiuqiu as the little Pikachu fell.

"Are you okay, Chuchu?"

"Pika-pi~~"

Chuchu responded. She had only been captured and wasn't hurt. Ash also looked forward at their opponents.

"How could this happen? What are these Beedrill doing here?" Team Rocket stood up from their broken basket in an embarrassed state, having fallen heavily to the ground.

"Pika-pi!!"

However, just as they got to their feet, they saw the sky filled with Beedrill above them. At the same time, Charizard and Ash's other Pokémon had already surrounded them from below. Pikachu stepped forward, electricity crackling across his cheeks.

"Pika!!"

At that moment, Chuchu also jumped down from Yellow's arms and looked in Team Rocket's direction with an angry expression.

"Chuchu, do you want to battle too?"

"Pika-pi!!"

Chuchu responded with determination, and Yellow's expression became serious when she saw this.

"Okay! I don't like fighting, but I won't forgive anyone who attacks other people's Pokémon! Chuchu, use Thunder Shock!"

"Pikachu, use Thunderbolt!!"

"Pika... Chu!" the two Pikachu cried out together.

Ash coordinated his attack with Yellow's. The two Pikachu launched a combined strike, and the power of their merged electrical attacks was instantly amplified. Team Rocket barely had time to react before they saw a massive bolt of lightning coming straight at them.

BOOM!!!

The combined attack hit its mark and exploded instantly. Team Rocket was sent flying out of the smoke cloud, turning into meteors streaking across the sky once again.

"What a disgusting feeling!!" their voices echoed as they disappeared into the distance.

"Well done, Qiuqiu!!" After defeating Team Rocket, Yellow ran forward and picked up Qiuqiu from the ground. Rattata also scurried up to join them.

After a few moments, the Beedrill flew over again, and Yellow stepped forward to meet them.

"Thank you so much, Beedrill!" She expressed her gratitude to the Beedrill swarm, and soon the Beedrill flew back into the depths of the forest.

As for the four travelers, after finishing their breakfast, they began cleaning up their campsite. In about half an hour, everyone had finished packing up their belongings.

"We're heading to Viridian City next. Where are you going, Yellow?" Ash picked up his backpack, looked at Yellow, and asked.

"I..." Yellow looked a little disappointed at first, but quickly composed herself and cheered up.

"Even though I haven't decided exactly what I want to do yet, being a Trainer is really fun! I want to travel around and see more Pokémon everywhere."

Although she felt reluctant to part ways with her new friends, after thinking about everything—capturing Pokémon, battling Team Rocket, and receiving help from the Beedrill—she realized that traveling and going on adventures was actually very exciting. So she made her decision with newfound confidence.
