"You monster!"
My voice echoed through the halls as Regal pulled on the heavy iron chains cruelly tied to my neck. I ended up stumbling in his arms but he made no effort to support me. The ever-familiar dungeon which was once my home felt like a cold, dark abyss as if the walls were closing in on me. I could hear their faint whispers of pain and despair taunting me, warning me of the inevitable danger lingering ahead. The feeling of vulnerability was caging me inside.
Regal stood before me, a faint smirk curled his lips as his gaze darkened watching me struggle against the chains. "Y-You can't keep me here with you, Regal," my voice trembled, echoed with defiance. It was hard to suppress the rage and pain in my heart that ached with betrayal. "Let me go! I can't stand you anymore! I don't wanna see your face."
"You must be foolish to believe that I will ever let you go, Serena!" he laughed, an ominous laugh that made my heart shudder in fear and contempt. It wasn't supposed to turn out like this! Regal, the ruthless Alpha of the powerful Shadow pack, my childhood friend, the love of my life and my mate, heartlessly rejected me for another she-wolf leaving me alone in despair.
He took over our Blood Moon pack by ruthlessly killing my family, my brothers. I lost everyone and everything just in one bloody night. I tried to run away from him but that dark night he captured me, making me a slave, turning me into his object of pleasure. "I have lost everything, Regal! I have nothing to give you any more. Please just… Just let me go…!" I pleaded, trying to hold back the sobbing.
My voice cracked and the tears betrayed me, falling down my cheeks. The sadness in my voice made his dark crimson eyes gleam with thirst as if he was rejoicing in my pain. "Where will you go, Serena? Is there anybody out there who'll go against me to give you shelter? Don't be foolish, my beloved. You belong to me now," he hissed. I could feel my heart pounding in my chest in fear as I gazed at the alpha I once adored, now a stranger devoured, consumed by lust and power.
"I'll never be your possession, Regal. You rejected me for another she-wolf. How dare you keep me here?"
"Because you're made for me, Serena. Your body, your heart, your soul everything belongs to me and I won't let anyone else have you," he muttered.
He loomed close to me, his movements were predatory as he circled me, waiting for me to fuck up and he'll ravish me right there. I could feel his pheromones mingling with mine in the dank air, igniting a dangerous spark of yearning within me. He was doing this on purpose, trying to entice me with his scent. He's a cruel man.
"I'll kill you!" I whispered under my breath, glaring right into his blood-red eyes that flared with amusement hearing my threat.
"Do it, Serena! Kill me! Plunge a knife in my chest, take your revenge if you can. But I doubt you have the courage, I doubt you can lift a finger against me!" he chuckled looking at my frail body.
As he came closer, trailing his fingers along my jawline, I could feel my resolve crumbling like sand beneath his touch.
"I'll break you every night, leave my mark in your deepest core. My name will make you whimper in terror and you'll submit to me… eventually! Don't test my patience, Serena because I don't have much," he grinned, whispering in my ear. I blankly stared at him. My heart shrunk in despair as I failed to utter a word against him. His dark aura was enough to make anyone tremble in submission.
He pushed me inside a filthy prison cell and locked me up inside. "Let me go, Regal! You can't do this to me!" I banged on the thick iron bars, my shakles ringing in my ears like a death bell.
"I advise you rest as much as you can, Serena. Because once you're shifted to your chambers I don't think you'll get any time to rest," he grinned devilishly while locking the cell.
"W-Wait! What do you mean by that?" My voice trembled as I helplessly looked at him as he was walking away. Is he going to feed me to the hungry male wolves of his pack?! They'll ravish every part of my body, tear me and my mind apart!
"REGAL, NOOO! YOU CAN'T DO THIS TO ME!" I sobbed, screaming at the top of my lungs helplessly but he was gone. He left me in that filthy prison to rot alone.
