Hi everyone!
First of all, I'm really sorry for not posting anything recently. I know it might look like I've stopped working on the novel or simply lost interest in it, but that's actually far from the truth.
In fact, I currently have more than thirty chapters already written and ready to be posted. The reason I haven't uploaded them is because I've decided to make a few important changes before continuing.
First, I'm planning to move the novel to my main account, "cosmictraveler" I think it will be much better for the novel in the long run to have it published there, especially since I have much bigger ambitions for this project than I initially expected.
Because of that, the title will also be changed. Instead of "From Genius to Extra" the novel will simply be called "Genius to Extra" (You can search for it in the search bar and add it to your library). This is something I've been thinking about for a while, and I feel that the new title fits the direction of the story much better.
I also want to make it clear that I'm not planning to abandon this novel. Quite the opposite. I have a lot planned for it, and I genuinely intend to take the story all the way to the end. I've already planned many things for the characters, the world, and the overall progression of the story, and I want to give everything enough time to develop properly.
That's also one of the reasons I don't want to rush the uploads.
I could simply start posting the chapters I already have and continue from there (I even received a contract), but I'd rather take the time to organize everything properly first. I want the pacing to feel consistent, the story to flow naturally, and the different parts of the novel to connect smoothly instead of having sudden changes in pace or quality.
I'd rather take a little more time now and make sure everything is properly prepared than rush things and end up regretting it later.
So, to anyone who has been waiting for new chapters, I'm really sorry for the wait. I genuinely appreciate everyone who has read the novel, followed it, or supported it so far. Your patience means a lot to me.
There's still a lot to come, and I hope you'll stick around for it.
