She giggled, high and musical, as her hand dipped into her pocket ring. A cascade of gold coins poured forth, spilling into the air in a glittering flood.
The coins spun, whirled, and churned like a collection of miniature suns, each one glowing with unnatural brilliance.

As the brunette woman already alluded to, they were donated by Black Fang. When Kaede and Lilith attacked her home, nearly everything was ruined. The ancient woman wasn't quite known for immaculate preparations and dutifulness.
But Orianna was.
The Flower Queen was the day-to-day leader of the drug department, doing nearly all of Black Fang's work. As such, the pink-haired, tanned beauty had a ring full of coins on her hand.
But alas, she died. She was currently lying beneath the dirt in their home, letting her weird magic do its work.
However, Black Fang had retrieved the woman's ring and given it to Vex, saying it was payment for the accommodation.
